Samsung Galaxy S23 FE to Be Discounted During Flipkart’s Big Saving Days Sale 2024

Samsung Galaxy S23 FE was unveiled in India in October 2023. The smartphone comes with an Exynos chipset and is backed by a 4,500mAh battery with support for wired fast charging. Samsung announced that the Galaxy S23 FE will be available at a discounted price of Rs. 33,999 for the 8GB + 128GB option, down Rs. 21,000 from its usual price of Rs. 54,999. This includes a Rs. 1,000 cashback offer. This offer will be available from May 2 during Flipkart’s Big Saving Days sale for a limited period. The phone was initially launched in Cream, Graphite, Mint, and Purple colourways, and was later introduced in Indigo and Tangerine shades.

The Galaxy S23 FE model comes with a 6.4-inch Dynamic full-HD+ 120Hz AMOLED 2X display, an in-house Exynos 2200 SoC, a 4,500mAh battery with 25W wired fast charging support and an IP68 rating for dust and splash resistance. 

For optics, the Galaxy S23 FE is equipped with a triple rear camera unit with a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 12-megapixel sensor with an ultrawide lens, and an 8-megapixel telephoto shooter. The front camera comes with a 10-megapixel sensor.

Realme has announced discounts on several of its smartphones and a pair of true wireless earphones. The discounts include bank offers and other coupons. Realme states that all bank offers are valid on SBI, ICICI, and HDFC bank cards. The sale commemorates the company’s sixth anniversary in the country. It is valid from May 1 to May 9 via Flipkart, Amazon, and the Realme India website. This sale coincides with Flipkart’s Big Saving Days and the Amazon Great Summer Sale that start on May 2.

During the sale, all variants of Realme P1 5G and Realme P1 Pro 5G will be available with Rs. 1,000 discount coupons and up to Rs. 1,000 bank offers or price discounts. Notably, the new 8GB + 128GB variant of the Realme P1 5G first went on sale in India today.

Offers on the Realme P1 lineup, alongside the Realme 12x 5G and the Realme Narzo 70 series, are currently live. All variants of the Realme Narzo 70 5G, Narzo 70 Pro 5G and Narzo 70x 5G are available on discounts. They are offered with up to Rs. 3,000 discounts.

Meanwhile, offers on all configurations of the Realme 12 Pro+ 5G as well as the Realme Buds Air 5 models will be available on Flipkart, Amazon and the Realme India website from 12am IST on May 2. Discounts are offered on both the base Realme Buds Air 5 and the Realme Buds Air 5 Pro TWS earphones.

The Pixel 8 will be priced at Rs. 49,999 in the upcoming Big Savings Days Sale. The handset was unveiled with a price tag of Rs. 75,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model and Rs. 82,999 for the 256GB storage variant.

Buyers can grab the Pixel 7a for a starting price of Rs. 31,999 in the upcoming sale, down from the launch price of Rs. 43,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. Additionally, the Nothing Phone 2 will have a starting price of Rs. 29,999, instead of the original launch price of Rs. 39,999. All the teased sale prices are inclusive of offers. 

Flipkart will give shoppers a chance to get up to a 10 percent instant discount on purchases made using SBI credit cards and EMI transactions in the upcoming sale. Motorola Edge 50 Pro to Launch in India Soon; Teased to Get 144Hz Display, 50-Megapixel Camera

Motorola Edge 50 Pro will launch soon in India, the Lenovo-owned brand announced on Monday (March 18). A dedicated microsite on Flipkart is teasing the design and some of the specifications of the upcoming Edge-series smartphone ahead of its debut. The Motorola Edge 50 Pro is confirmed to come in at least three colour options with a curved pOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate. It is shown with an AI-backed camera unit, led by 50-megapixel primary sensor. The Motorola Edge 50 Pro is expected to run on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.

Through a post on X, Motorola India revealed that the Motorola Edge 50 Pro will launch soon in India. It is confirmed to go on sale via Flipkart. The teasers show the handset with curved screens and a centrally located waterdrop-style notch on the display to house the selfie shooter. Motorola, however, didn’t disclose the exact launch date of the upcoming smartphone.

As mentioned, Flipkart has a landing page on its website teasing the design and specifications of Motorola Edge 50 Pro. It is confirmed to be available in black, purple, and white shades. It will sport a 6.7-inch pOLED display with support for 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 2,000 nits peak brightness. The display is teased to offer HDR10+ certification and 100 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut. The display has SGS Eye protection to reduce blue light emission and a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 coating.

The Motorola Edge 50 Pro is confirmed to pack an optical in-display fingerprint scanner. The upcoming phone is claimed to be the world’s first Pantone-validated camera. It will boast an AI-backed triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50-megapixel 2μm AI-powered primary camera, an ultra-wide camera with 50x hybrid zoom and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens.

As per past leaks, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro will run on Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC with 12GB of RAM. It is said to go official on April 3 alongside the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion.

Poco X6 Neo Specifications Revealed Ahead of March 13 Launch; to Feature Dimensity 6080 SoC, AMOLED Display

Poco X6 Neo is all set to go official in India on March 13. Ahead of its arrival, the e-commerce website Flipkart has set up a dedicated microsite to tease the design and key specifications of the Poco X6 Neo. It is confirmed to flaunt an AMOLED display with minimal bezels and 120Hz refresh rate. It will run on a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 processor with up to 12GB of RAM and a maximum 256GB of storage. The X6 Neo will feature a 108-megapixel primary rear camera, according to the company.

Flipkart has created a dedicated microsite on its website to tease the arrival of the Poco X6 Neo, which is expected to debut as a mid-range offering. As per the details shared by the firm, the handset will feature an AMOLED display with narrow bezels 120Hz refresh rate, 93.3 percent screen-to-body ratio and minimal bezels. The screen is rated to deliver 1,000 nits of peak brightness and offers Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It has a hole punch cutout for housing the selfie camera.

The Poco X6 Neo is confirmed to run on a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chipset and will be offered in two RAM and storage configurations— 8GB + 128 and 12GB + 256GB. The onboard memory can be expanded up to 24GB through the virtual RAM expansion feature.

The Poco X6 Neo is tipped to come as a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 13R Pro that debuted in China in November last year with a price tag of CNY 1,999 (roughly Rs. 23,000) for the sole 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model.

Xiaomi 14 is confirmed to launch in India on March 7. The company is also set to introduce the Xiaomi 14 series globally on February 25 during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona. The Indian variant of the vanilla Xiaomi 14 model is said to be similar to its Chinese counterpart, which was unveiled in October 2023. The Xiaomi India site has already teased the colour options and key features of the phone. The availability of the handset in the country has now been suggested via live microsites and leaked banners.

The Amazon microsite for the Xiaomi 14 confirms the phone’s Amazon availability in India. Several reports have also shared screengrabs that suggest that the phone will also be available in India via Flipkart. At the time of writing, however, the banner was not found in the upcoming launches segment on the e-commerce site.

The landing page of the Xiaomi 14 handset on the Xiaomi India website, alongside the Amazon microsite, has revealed various key features of the phone ahead of its launch in the country. The phone is confirmed to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and will ship with Android 14-based HyperOS. Notably, the Xiaomi 14 alongside the Xiaomi 14 Pro in China, were the first smartphones to run the new user interface out-of-the-box.

Xiaomi 14 is also confirmed to arrive with a 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It will also have an IP68 rating for dust and splash resistance. The phone is said to support Dolby Vision as well as Dolby Atmos with stereo speakers. It is also teased to launch in the country in black, green, and white shades with smooth, glossy finishes. The handset is also set to support 90W wired HyperCharge and 50W wireless Turbo Charge which is claimed to charge the phone from zero to 50 in less than 10 minutes.

In the camera department, the Xiaomi 14 India variant is confirmed to feature a Leica Summilux optical lens, a Light Fusion 900 image sensor with ultra-HDR support, and a 75mm floating telephoto lens. The Chinese version of the model comes with a triple rear camera unit which includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) support, a 50-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide angle lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto shooter. There’s a 32-megapixel camera on the front and the handset is backed by a 4,610mAh battery.

iPhone 15 Available With Over Rs. 13,000 Discount on Flipkart: Here Are Details

iPhone 15 was launched in India in September 2023 alongside the iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models. The base iPhone 15 series model has three storage options – 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. The phone is powered by Apple’s A16 Bionic chipset and runs iOS 17 out-of-the-box. The phone is currently being offered at a discounted price via Flipkart owing to its ongoing Valentine’s Day Mobile Bonanza running from February 9 to February 15.

Offered in Black, Blue, Green, Pink and Yellow colour options, the base iPhone 15 launched in India at Rs. 79,900 for the 128GB variant, while the 256GB and 512GB versions were listed at Rs. 89,900 and Rs. 1,09,900, respectively. 

Currently, the 128GB option of the iPhone 15 is listed on Flipkart at Rs. 66,999, a discount of Rs. 12,901. HDFC credit card users are eligible for a flat Rs. 2,000 discount, which helps bring down the price to Rs. 64,999.

Citi Bank, HSBC, DBS and Bank of Baroda customers can also avail of an additional 10 percent discount of up to Rs. 1,500, bringing the effective price of the handset down to Rs. 63,499.

The base iPhone 15 model sports a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness level and Ceramic Shield protection. The model was also equipped with a Dynamic Island feature and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The phone is powered by an A16 Bionic chipset.

For optics, the dual rear camera system of the iPhone 15 carries a 48-megapixel wide-angle camera alongside a 12-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide lens. Meanwhile, the front camera is equipped with another 12-megapixel sensor. The handset is claimed to offer up to 26 hours of video playback time.
