It is said to be a rebranded iQoo Z9, which was introduced in China in April this year. The other model expected to launch is the Vivo Y200t, but it has not been officially announced yet. The upcoming handsets are expected to join the Vivo Y200i, which was also launched in China earlier this year in April.

In a Weibo post, Vivo confirmed that the Vivo Y200 GT 5G will launch in China on May 20 at 2:30pm local time (12pm IST). An official microsite teased the unveiling of the Vivo Y200 5G series on the day. It also announced that reservations for the Vivo Y200 GT 5G were open. A 50-megapixel dual rear camera unit is seen housed with a slightly raised, squarish module with rounded edges. An elliptical LED flash unit is placed vertically next to the camera island.

If the Vivo Y200 GT 5G is a rebadged version of the iQoo Z9, it is expected to get a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, a 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 primary rear sensor alongside a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. It is also expected to sport a 6.78-inch 144Hz full-HD+ AMOLED display and ship with Android 14-based OriginOS 4.

iQoo Neo 9s Pro is currently in development, according to recent reports, and the company’s purported addition to the Neo series of smartphones could be equipped with two different chipsets. A few months ago, the iQoo Neo 9 Pro was launched in China with a MediaTek Dimensity SoC, while the global variant arrived with a Snapdragon chip. The upcoming iQoo Neo 9s Pro, on the other hand, could arrive with a MediaTek chip in international markets, while the Chinese variant might feature a flagship Snapdragon processor.

Weibo user ‘Experience more’ (translated from Chinese) spotted the iQoo Neo 9s Pro on the China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) website with the model number V299FA. The entry for the purported iQoo Neo 9s Pro on the website reveals that it will be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset in China. It will also support wired charging at 120W, while the charging brick will support USB PD and PPS charging at 100W, as per the listing.

Last month, another Chinese tipster shared details of a new iQoo smartphone that could debut as the  iQoo Neo 9s, iQoo Neo 9 Racing Edition, or the iQoo Neo 10 model. It is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and sport a 1.5K OLED screen. The handset is also tipped to feature a 50-megapixel primary rear camera with support for optical image stabilisation.

If iQoo launches the Neo 9s Pro in global markets, it could arrive with a different mobile processor. According to a recent report, the handset was spotted on the Google Play Console with the model number V2339FA and a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, along with 12GB of RAM. The other specifications of the handset are expected to match the Chinese model.

The iQoo Neo 9 Pro that was launched in international markets, including India, is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, paired with a dedicated Q1 chip. The phone comes with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of inbuilt storage. The smartphone sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen and packs a 5,160mAh battery with support for 120W charging.

Vivo T3x, iQoo Z9x Listed on BIS Website Hinting at Imminent India Launch: Report

Vivo T3x 5G and iQoo Z9x 5G could soon be launched in India, as both smartphones were recently spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification listing, as per a report. The smartphones are the sub-models of the Vivo T3 and iQoo Z9 series, respectively. The iQoo Z9x was also reportedly spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website which revealed that it could be equipped with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. On the other hand, the Vivo T3x is rumoured to be launched later this month.

According to a report by 91Mobiles, both smartphones made an appearance recently on the BIS certification. The Vivo T3x was seen with the model number V2238 and the iQoo Z9x had the model number I2219. Another report by MySmartPrice corrobrates these claims — the publication found handsets listed on the Bluetooth SIG certification with the same model numbers. Both phones are reported to arrive with Bluetooth 5.1.

The iQoo Z9x was also reportedly seen on the Geekbench benchmark which has revealed some of its key specifications. The smartphone is said to record a single-core score of 3271 and a multi-core score of 10259. The listing also mentioned ‘parrot’ in the motherboard section, which corroborates with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, as per the report. Further, the listing mentions that the handset could get 4GB of RAM and run on Android 14 out-of-the-box.

Not a lot is known about the Vivo T3x, but the report mentions that it could be launched in India in the third week of April. The smartphone is said to come with a similar design and specifications as its predecessor, Vivo T2x. It is reported to carry a price tag between Rs. 12,000 and Rs. 15,000 in the country.

Meanwhile, iQoo is also tipped to launch another iQoo Z9 sub-model in India. Dubbed the iQoo Z9 Turbo, a report claims it can feature a 1.5K OLED display. The smartphone could also be equipped with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. The handset could be backed by a 6,000mAh battery. The launch details of the smartphone is currently unknown, but it could be introduced alongside the iQoo Z9x.

iQoo Z9 Turbo, iQoo Pad 2 Key Features Leaked; iQoo Neo 10 Tipped to Launch Soon

iQoo is expected to launch a range of new products later this year. The company is tipped to launch the iQoo Z9 Turbo alongside other models in the lineup. It is reportedly also working on an iQoo Pad 2 model that is expected to succeed and offer upgrades over the iQoo Pad, which was unveiled in May 2023. Details about these devices have surfaced online previously. Now, a tipster has suggested some key features of these purported models again. The tipster has also offered details on another upcoming iQoo phone.

Tipster Digital Chat Station shared a post on Weibo suggesting specifications of some upcoming iQoo products. One of the models, they claimed, is likely to sport a 1.5K OLED display, a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, and a 6,000mAh battery. Based on earlier leaks, this is expected to be the iQoo Z9 Turbo. It has previously been tipped to launch in April alongside the base iQoo Z9 and an iQoo Z9x.

Notably, iQoo has officially confirmed that a new iQoo Z9 variant will be introduced in China in April with Qualcomm’s newest Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. It is expected to be the iQoo Z9 Turbo. However, the company has yet to reveal more details about the upcoming model or series.

The second iQoo product that the tipster talks about is the iQoo Pad 2, which has also been leaked earlier. The new leak claims that the tablet is likely to feature a 13-inch 3.1K LCD screen, a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, and a large 11,500mAh battery. It is expected to be a rebadged version of the Vivo Pad 3 Pro, which was recently launched in China.

Details of a previously unheard iQoo model were also leaked by the tipster. It is suggested that this model is expected to come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a 1.5K OLED display, and a 50-megapixel primary rear camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) support. Although the moniker has not been confirmed or tipped, it is speculated to be the iQoo Neo 9s, iQoo Neo 9 Racing Edition, or the iQoo Neo 10 model. It is best to take this speculation with a pinch of salt until we know more about this model.
