iQoo Z9x 5G will be unveiled in China on April 24. The handset could also launch in India at a later date. While the date is yet to be officially confirmed by the Vivo sub-brand, a tipster has revealed the RAM and storage configurations and colour options of the Indian variant. Additionally, iQoo’s Malaysian website has now listed the smartphone, disclosing its key specifications. The listing shows Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, 6,000mAh battery, and 120Hz refresh rate display on the iQoo Z9x.

Tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) has claimed that the iQoo Z9x will soon be available in India. The Indian variant is said to be available in 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM variants with up to 256GB Storage. It could be offered in tornado green and storm grey colour options. It is expected to be priced under Rs. 15,000.

Meanwhile, iQoo Z9x has been listed on the company’s Malaysian website with images that reveal its design. It is shown in mystic black and northern green colourways and three RAM and storage configurations — 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256GB.

As per the listing, iQoo Z9x 5G has a 120Hz refresh rate display with 1,000nits peak brightness. The display is shown to have a hole punch cutout to house a selfie shooter. It is listed to run on Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. The handset houses a 6,000mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.

Details about the launch, price, and sale of iQoo Z9x 5G were not listed on the iQoo Malaysia website at the time of writing.

iQoo has announced that the iQoo Z9x 5G will launch in China on April 24 at 7pm local time (4:30pm IST). The launch event will also see the debut of iQoo Z9 and iQoo Z9 Turbo. The vanilla iQoo Z9 5G is already available in India at a starting price tag of Rs. 19,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model.

iQoo Z7 Pro 5G Teased to Get 120Hz AMOLED Display, MediaTek Dimensity 7200 5G SoC

iQoo Z7 Pro 5G is set to launch in India on August 31. The Vivo sub-brand has now revealed several details about the upcoming iQoo Z series smartphones just weeks ahead of the official debut. The iQoo Z7 Pro 5G is confirmed to feature a high refresh rate AMOLED display. It is also teased to run on a MediaTek chipset. Further, the iQoo Z7 Pro 5G will include a 64-megapixel camera sensor. The handset is expected to come as a follow-up to the iQoo Z7.

iQoo, via a press release on Friday, August 11, announced key specifications of the iQoo Z7 Pro 5G. The handset will have a 3D Curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. It is confirmed to come with an anti-glare (AG) glass finish on the rear. In the camera department, the handset will feature a 64-megapixel aura light rear camera, with support for OIS (optical image stabilisation).

As expected, following multiple leaks and rumours, the iQoo Z7 Pro 5G is confirmed to have a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 5G SoC under the hood. The recently launched Vivo V27 also runs on the same chipset. The iQoo handset claimed to have scored over 7,00,000 points on the benchmarking website AnTuTu. Further, the smartphone is teased to have a sim design with a 7.36mm thickness. iQoo has confirmed that the iQoo Z7 Pro 5G will be manufactured at Vivo’s Greater Noida facility in India.

iQoo has already announced that the launch of iQoo Z7 Pro 5G will take place on August 31 in India. The company and Amazon India has been teasing the smartphone via identical microsite for the past few days. Tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings) tweeted an image showing that the iQoo Z7 Pro 5G has scored over 7,00,000 points on the benchmarking website AnTuTu. This prime score is claimed to be the fastest in the segment. The images suggest a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC on the upcoming handset. The octa-core CPU includes two Arm Cortex-A715 performance cores with up to 2.8GHz operating speeds and six Cortex-A510 efficiency cores with up to 2.0GHz speeds.

iQoo Z8 Specifications Leaked; May Feature MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, 120W Fast Charging

iQoo Z8 could make its way to markets soon, starting with China. The launch date of the purported handset is yet to be announced by the Chinese smartphone company, but the specifications of the Z-series handset have surfaced on the Web through multiple leaks. The iQoo Z8 is said to debut as a flagship offering with an LCD panel with 144Hz refresh rate and could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. It is tipped to include a 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. The iQoo Z8 is expected to succeed the iQoo Z7 5G. The predecessor was released in India in March.

Tipster Digital Chat Station (translated from Chinese) posted the specifications of the iQoo Z8 on Weibo. The upcoming flagship smartphone is said to feature an LCD panel. According to the tipster, it will have a 2,440mAh dual-cell battery configuration with a combined capacity of 5,000mAh. The battery is said to support 120 fast charging as well.

Another Chinese tipster Panda is Bald (translated from Chinese) claims that the iQoo Z8 will have a 144Hz LCD display. It is tipped to feature MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, paired with LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage.

The iQoo Z8 can be expected to debut as the successor to the iQoo Z7 5G. The latter was released in India in March this year with a starting price tag of Rs. 18,999 for the base 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. It is available in Norway Blue and Pacific Night shades in the country.

The iQoo Z7 5G features a 6.38-inch full-HD+ (2400 x 1080) resolution AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It runs on an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC alongside 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The dual rear camera setup of the handset includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and a 2-megapixel portrait lens. Selfies and video chats are managed by a 16-megapixel front camera housed in a centre-aligned hole-punch cutout at the top of the display.

iQoo has equipped the Z7 5G handset with 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. It is backed by a 4,500mAh Li-ion battery with 44W Flash Charge support.
