Prince Harry says he has more content for a second book

Prince Harry has more tea to spill.

In a new interview with The Telegraph published Friday, the Duke of Sussex, 38, revealed that he has enough content to write even more books about his experience growing up as a royal, as he cut out nearly half his content from the first draft.

“The first draft was different,” he told The Telegraph’s Bryony Gordon. “It was 800 pages, and now it’s down to 400 pages. It could have been two books, put it that way. And the hard bit was taking things out.”

Harry also revealed that a lot of content was cut out of his new memoir, “Spare,” as he feared it would cause an unrepairable rift with his brother, Prince William, and father, King Charles III.

“There are some things that have happened, especially between me and my brother, and to some extent between me and my father, that I just don’t want the world to know,” the Duke said. “Because I don’t think they would ever forgive me.”

This interview comes days after his memoir was released, which included bombshells about his entire family, as he claimed that his older brother William “attacked him” in 2019 and even shared hostile text message conversations between his wife, Meghan Markle, and Princess Kate Middleton.

The royal’s new memoir sold a record 1.4 million copies across the UK, US and Canada on Tuesday, its first day of publication, according to The Telegraph.

Earlier this month, Netflix also released a 6-episode docuseries called “Harry & Meghan,” where they shared their side of the story about their royal exit in 2020.

The pair blamed the British media for the bulk of their problems during their stint in the palace.

“The issue is when someone who’s marrying in, who should be a supporting act, is then stealing the limelight or is doing the job better than the person who was born to do this —that upsets people,” Harry boldly claimed during an episode of the series.

King Charles III did half-naked headstands to manage pain

King Charles III would perform half-naked headstands to manage his chronic pain from old polo injuries, Prince Harry reveals in his tell-all memoir.

The Duke of Sussex details his father’s “constant neck and back pain” explains he’d dread accidentally opening the wrong door at Balmoral Castle out of fear for what was on the other side.

“Open the wrong door and you might burst in on Pa while his valet was helping him dress,” Harry writes in “Spare.”

“Worse, you might blunder in as he was doing his headstands. Prescribed by his physio, these exercises were the only effective remedy for the constant pain in Pa’s neck and back.”

Prince Harry writes in “Spare” that his father would perform the move “daily, in a pair of boxers.”

Harry, 38, shares that his father performed the headstands “daily, in a pair of boxers” while “propped against a door or hanging from a bar like a skilled acrobat.”

“If you set one little finger on the knob you would hear him begging from the other side, ‘No! No! Don’t open! Please God don’t open!’”

It’s unclear if the 74-year-old monarch is still performing the acrobatic move.

It’s unclear if Charles, 74, is still performing his daily ritual.

Buckingham Palace hasn’t commented on any of the claims made in the redheaded royal’s memoir.

While Harry feels more than comfortable to share what took place behind the king’s door, he also admits that he isn’t “currently” in touch with his family, including his father and his brother, Prince William.

Buckingham Palace has yet to respond to any of Prince Harry’s claims.

The renegade royal and wife Meghan Markle are hoping for a “private” and “constructive conversation” with his family in the future.

“I really look forward to having that family element back,” he continued. “I look forward to having a relationship with my brother. I look forward to having a relationship with my father and other members of my family.”

Prince Harry reveals biggest ‘disagreement’ he had with Elton John

Prince Harry boasts a long list of famous friends, but one of the most notable names on the roster is Sir Elton John.

In addition to endless revelations and the exposing of private conversations in his bombshell memoir “Spare,” the Duke of Sussex also writes about his long-standing friendship with the Rocket Man.

It’s no secret that the “Tiny Dancer” hitmaker shared a close friendship with Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana. But the singer’s friendship with the duke began to blossom after he performed a rewritten version of “Candle In The Wind” at Diana’s funeral.

It appears, however, that their friendship suffered a minor hiccup in recent years, with Harry detailing one instance in particular that resulted in a disagreement between them.

After hearing that the “Bennie And The Jets” singer wanted to serialize his autobiography in the Daily Mail — a publication Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, have taken legal action against in the past — the duke had no choice but to voice his concerns.

Prince Harry was upset that Elton had decided to go with the Daily Mail, seeing the outlet as a source of misery in his life.

Harry asked the multi-Grammy Award winner why he had chosen a publication he claimed had made his life “miserable.”

The singer’s response was that he “wanted people to read” the book, forcing Harry to back off.

“I loved him. I’ll always love him. And I also didn’t want to spoil the holiday,” Harry added.

Even though the two had this disagreement, their friendship is still intact.

Despite the disagreement, the pair’s friendship has seen the “I’m Still Standing” singer help him out in times of distress.

Harry and Meghan were publicly defended by the singer amid their criticism of the British press in 2019.

“I am deeply distressed by today’s distorted and malicious account in the press surrounding the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s private stay at my home in Nice last week,” the singer tweeted at the time.

“Prince Harry’s mother, Diana Princess Of Wales was one of my dearest friends. I feel a profound sense of obligation to protect Harry and his family from the unnecessary press intrusion that contributed to Diana’s untimely death.”

“After a hectic year continuing their hard work and dedication to charity, David and I wanted the young family to have a private holiday inside the safety and tranquility of our home,” he continued, adding that he provided the pair “with a private jet flight” in a bid to “maintain a high level of much-needed protection.”

The singer also performed at the pair’s 2018 wedding.

Private reason Jamie Lee Curtis missed meeting Princess Diana: ‘I’m so sorry’

Jamie Lee Curtis says her dream of meeting Princess Diana went down the toilet.

In a new episode of Apple’s “Time to Walk,” the Hollywood actress says she was in the bathroom peeing when the princess came to visit the London set of her 1995 flick, “Fierce Creatures.”

“We had been told that day that Princess Diana and her children [William and Harry] were going to come visit,” the “Freaky Friday” star, 64, recalled. “We shot all morning, and when we took a tea break, for me, it was a pee break. I jumped in a golf cart and drove the two miles back to the dressing room.

Curtis continued: “I’m in my dressing room peeing when there was a pounding on the door, ‘Princess Diana is here.’”

Sadly, by the time the actress emerged for the meet and greet, Diana and her sons were already leaving the set and it was inappropriate to yell or run after them.

Curtis is seen with her “Fierce Creatures” co-stars (from left to right) Michael Palin, John Cleese and Kevin Kline on set in 1995.

Despite not meeting Diana in person, the “Halloween” star penned a letter to the royal and sent it straight to Kensington Palace.

“It said, ‘I’m so sorry we didn’t get to meet. I was very much looking forward to it as I admire you greatly. Unfortunately, nature called, and they don’t give me many breaks, so I chose nature over you, not knowing that you were going to arrive right at that moment,” Curtis said she wrote. “I’m so sorry and just think you’re great. My best wishes, Jamie.’”

The next day, the star was stunned when she received a response from the Princess of Wales.

“I got a letter delivered from Kensington Palace from Her Royal Highness Princess Diana,” the actress enthused. “[It said] ”I’m so sorry I didn’t get to meet you, also. I admire you, and I totally understand when nature calls — of course you should choose that. I hope that we will have an opportunity in our lives to meet. Best wishes always.’”

Curtis described the letter as “beautiful” and stated that she still has it in her possession.

Diana was killed in a car crash two years after her visit to the set of “Fierce Creatures” and Curtis never met the princess.

However, she says she always thinks of the late royal when she reads the preface to the book “The Path to Insight Meditation,” which states: “When people have tried to live mindfully, at the time of their death, they ask themselves two questions: Did I learn to live wisely? And did I love well?”

Curtis says she believes Diana lived a full and meaningful life despite her untimely death at the age of 36.

“I realized that, if this book was correct, that meant whether or not it [Diana’s life] was cut terribly short, her life was complete. And on that tragic day, those questions became the questions of my daily life,” the star declared. “I don’t go to bed at night without asking those questions.”

“There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about it,” she said of those important questions. “That has become the framework of my life.”

King Charles to Diana after Harry’s birth: ‘My work is done’

Sparing no drama.

Prince Harry reportedly claims in his memoir, “Spare,” that King Charles III told Princess Diana that his work was “done” right after their second child’s 1984 birth.

According to The Guardian’s leaked extract of the explosive book, the Duke of Sussex writes that on the day he was born, his dad celebrated the “wonderful” news by telling Diana, “Now you’ve given me an heir and a spare — my work is done.”

The alleged quote refers to the British royal family’s line of succession, with Charles’ eldest son, Prince William, being first in line to the throne and therefore the “heir apparent.”

Meanwhile, his second-born son, Harry, has been labeled the “spare.”

Now that William has married Kate Middleton and welcomed three children — Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4 — Harry is now fifth in line to the throne.

The former military pilot’s long-awaited memoir has stirred up much drama for the royal family ahead of its Jan. 10 release, with Harry making several bombshell claims about his kin.

The duke alleges his father called him a “spare” on the day he was born.

Page Six exclusively reported on Wednesday that Harry accuses William and Kate, both 40, of playing a part in his infamous decision to wear a Nazi uniform to a costume party in 2005.

Harry’s anti-Semitic outfit caused serious backlash for the royal, who said in last month’s “Harry & Meghan” docuseries that it was one of the “biggest mistakes” of his life.

Harry does not hold back in his upcoming memoir, “Spare.”

In addition to calling William his “beloved brother and archnemesis” in the impending book, Harry also alleges that William physically attacked him after getting into a heated argument over his wife, Meghan Markle, in 2019.

William described the “Suits” alum as “difficult,” “rude” and “abrasive” during the Nottingham Cottage incident, The Guardian reported Wednesday.

The Prince of Wales allegedly lunged at his brother “so fast” amid the argument, with Harry writing, “He grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and he knocked me to the floor.”

“I landed on the dog’s bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting into me,” he adds. “I lay there for a moment, dazed, then got to my feet and told him to get out.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped back as senior royals in 2020 and have since moved to California with son Archie, 3, and daughter Lilibet, 1. Since their exit, tensions have been high between Harry and his brother, as well as with Charles.

His relationship with William and Charles has been rocky since quitting the royal family in 2020.

The leader of the Commonwealth, 74, reportedly wants to make amends with his youngest son.

“Those close to the king insist that he has always made clear how much he loves both of his sons, keeping communication channels open throughout the last few years, despite the many barbs from California,” sources recently told the Telegraph.

The insiders noted that Harry’s relationship with Charles has “occasionally been tense,” but the monarch has “reiterated that his door remains open and that the duke and [Meghan Markle] are welcome at any time.”

Harry and the former actress, 41, are reportedly invited to King Charles’ coronation but the duke has declined to confirm their attendance.

Prince Harry refuses to commit to attending King Charles’ coronation

Prince Harry has sensationally refused to commit to attending his father’s historic coronation in May.

In a second trailer of his upcoming bombshell interview with ITV’s Tom Bradby, the Duke of Sussex said “there’s a lot to be discussed” before he can make that decision.

“There’s a lot that can happen between now and then,” Harry said. “But, the door is always open. The ball is in their court.”

“There’s a lot to be discussed and I really hope that they’re willing to sit down and talk about it,” he added.

When asked about his brother’s reaction to his constant — and high-profile — bashing of the firm since quitting royal duties in 2020, Harry responded, “He’d probably say all sorts of different things.”

“I don’t know that staying silent is ever going to make things better,” he added.

The clip was shared hours after The Guardian published an extract from Harry’s upcoming memoir “Spare” in which he alleges that he was left battered and bruised when Prince William tossed him to the floor in a bitter fight two months before he and Meghan Markle left the royal family.

The now-Prince of Wales wanted to speak with his brother about “the whole rolling catastrophe” of their relationship and struggles with the press, which he pointedly blamed on his brother’s new wife Markle, Harry wrote in the memoir to be released Jan. 10.

Prince Louis tugs Kate Middleton’s arm outside church service

Prince Louis wasn’t having it.

The 4-year-old royal was snapped tugging on Kate Middleton’s arm in a valiant attempt to get her to stop talking and move it along as his mom greeted well-wishers outside St. Mary Magdalene’s church on Christmas Day.

The outing marked the first time that the Prince and Princess of Wales’ youngest child joined his parents and siblings—Prince George, 9, and Princess Charlotte—for the royal family’s traditional holiday church service.

Although Louis seemingly attended the service last year, COVID-19 precautions prevented the royals from their traditional walk to the service as well as saying hello to members of the public lined up outside.

Louis is quite the family cutup having stolen the show during the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June.

The youngster memorably pulled a host of silly faces during an appearance on Buckingham Palace’s balcony during the Trooping of the Colour ceremony.

He then displayed some decidedly non-regal, but entirely age-appropriate behavior, when he was caught putting his hand over his mother’s mouth while watching the Platinum Jubilee Pageant.

He also managed to get into a tiff with cousin, Lena Tindall, who pointedly refused to share candy with him.

William and Kate seemingly acknowledged the breakout star of the Jubilee celebrations.

In a roundup of Instagram photos from the four days of festivities, they wrote, “We all had an incredible time, especially Louis… 👀.”

Louis wasn’t the only junior royal to make his debut Christmas walk this year.

Zara and Mike Tindall brought along their daughters—Mia and Lena—for the service and walkabout, although their 1-year-old son Lucas stayed home.

Princess Beatrice attended with her stepson, Christoper Woolf, and husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, while their 1-year-old daughter,  Sienna, stayed home. Beatrice’s sister, Princess Eugenie, was also there along with her husband Jack Brooksbank. They also left their babym 1-year-old son August, at home.

It’s surely a bittersweet Christmas celebration for the royal family as it’s the first since Queen Elizabeth II passed away in September at age 96.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle demand royal summit, apology

They are making a royal fuss about it.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle demanded Saturday to have a royal summit with the entire British Royal family and push for an apology regarding the alleged treatment at their hands, reports The Sunday Times.

Following their bombshell Netflix documentary “Harry & Meghan” — which dropped numerous bombshells — the former royals said they want to “sit down with the royal family”  and address their grievances.

“Nothing like that was ever done when Harry and Meghan raised various concerns — no meeting, formal apology or taking responsibility or accountability,” a source close to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said. “That is hard to swallow — 100% yes they’d like to have a meeting.”

According to palace insiders, the former royals are attempting to reconcile with King Charles and the rest of the family ahead of his coronation in May — which Harry and Meghan are expected to attend.

Harry and Meghan teased for calling each other ‘H&M’

The nickname game has become a royal pain.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle — the Duke and Duchess of Sussex who once bore the title of His and Her Royal Highnesses — are being mercilessly teased over the doting names they gave each other, “H” and “M.”

UK lawyer and broadcaster Andrew Eborn was among those astonished at the lovey-dovey nicknames unveiled during the latest Netflix documentary episodes — joking on GB News Thursday, “There were a number of revelations in this — not least of which is that Harry’s really called H.”

The one-letter tags aren’t exactly new: Meghan used it at least as far back as 2019 when she also first complained about people not checking in on her wellbeing.

Harry and Meghan were teased for the way they referred to one another as “H” and “M.”
Netflix

“I’ve said for a long time to H — that’s what I call him,” Meghan said at one point during an interview for “Harry & Meghan: An African Journey.”

Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, also refers to the prince as “H” during interviews with the new Netflix docu-series.

Another Twitter user chimed in on Harry and Meghan’s nickname reveal, which was panned as the “biggest ick” of the latest portion of their docuseries.

The nickname has stuck around longer than the one Markle’s pal used when telling her the then-royal  “Prince Haz” wanted to meet her — to which the duchess claimed she replied: “Who’s that?”

‘Meghan and Harry’ Netlfix documentary

The Haz tag was still a thing in February 2021, when Meghan FaceTimed Harry during his appearance on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” to ask: “Haz, how’s your tour of L.A. going?”

“Haz? I didn’t know we were calling you Haz now,” Corden joked, with Prince Harry replying: “Well, you’re not my wife.”

In that same episode, Harry revealed Meghan was listed as “M” on his contacts when the late-night TV host grabbed his phone and asked: “How do I find the duchess?”

“H” and “M” were the main way the pair referred to one another during the nearly six hours of their Netflix docu-series — panned as “the biggest ick” and making them the target of endless ridicule, even from supporters.

“Big fans of Harry and Meghan escaping to California with their family tbh but the fact that they call each other H and M is unforgivable,” broadcaster Emma Jones previously quipped of the series.

Author and dancer Jessica Blankenship also wisecracked it was “irredeemable,” joshing: “They’re monsters.”

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle reveal when royals turned on them

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reveal in their Netflix docuseries the exact moment the royal family felt threatened by the duchess’ popularity.

Harry says the “first time the penny dropped” for his wife was when they attended a Remembrance Day event along with the other senior members of the family in November 2018 and all the press coverage focused on Markle.

“I went, ‘Oh, my God,’” Markle recalls in “Harry & Meghan,” which began streaming its final episodes Thursday, of seeing a copy of the Telegraph newspaper with her photo splashed on the cover the following morning.

“She was like, ‘But it’s not my fault,’” Harry chimes in, “and I said, ‘I know. And my mum felt the same way.’”

Prince Harry says Meghan Markle’s popularity upset the palace.

The Duke of Sussex, 38, was referring to Princess Diana revealing in her infamous 1995 “Panorama” interview that his father, King Charles III, was upset she took the lion’s share of attention and adulation during the former couple’s 1983 Australian royal tour.

Ironically, Markle’s pal Lucy Fraser claims the palace was unnerved by the reception the Duchess of Sussex, 41, received while visiting Australia in 2018.

“The internals at the palace were incredibly threatened by that,” Fraser says.

Markle was shocked when her image was splashed on newspapers over other senior members of the royal family.

Harry also takes a veiled dig at Charles, 74, and seemingly his brother, Prince William, and sister-in-law Kate Middleton by implying that Markle’s popularity superseded the heirs to the crown.

“The issue is when someone who’s marrying in, who should be a supporting act, is then stealing the limelight or is doing the job better than the person who was born to do this, that upsets people,” he shares.
