Poacher, Avatar the Last Bender, Screen Actor Guild Awards and More: New OTT Releases This Week to Binge Watch This Weekend

Although there is just one Indian-original release this week in the form of Alia Bhatt produced Poacher — based on illegal ivory poaching in India — we also have quite a few other big names from across genres. For starters, Netflix will host the Screen Actor Guild Awards live for the first time, touted as a grand experiment for the streaming platform. The awards will start streaming at 5:00 am (IST).

Another high-budget release is Avatar: The Last Airbender, a live-action adaptation of the popular series of the same name on Netflix. However, if you have followed the original series back in the day, chances are high that you might not be as impressed with the adaptation. The series has attracted mixed reviews from critics and ardent fans.

Next, we have the final season of Star Wars: The Bad Batch on Disney+ Hotstar, in which the eponymous Bad Batch’s limits are tested.

On the international shore, there is Through My Window 3: Looking At You, the final chapter of the Spanish romance trilogy. It follows the typical romantic dilemmas and the inability to move on after separation. If you haven’t already binged on the first two parts, you can find them both on Netflix.

If you have an appetite for documentaries, you could go for the new British crime docu-series Can I Tell You A Secret? which gives a bone-chilling insight into a serial cyber stalker who made the life of countless women a living hell. Another choice could be Apple TV’s documentary on football legend Messi, which follows him along the five World Cups.

For comedy fanatics, Netflix dished out another comedy special: Mike Epps’s Ready to Sell Out. Here, the American stand-up comic gets candid about his finances, romantic life, and hilarious street observations.

In case you are wondering about Netflix’s documentary on the Sheena Bora murder case, which was supposed to be released on February 23, its release has been halted after the CBI pleaded to the Bombay High Court. The series is likely to premiere only after it gets a green light following a special screening of the series for the Central Bureau of Investigation (are there many cuts and edits in store?).

Well, that’s all for this week, folks. Happy binge-watching!

Gordon Cormier plays the 12-year-old Aang, a prodigious Airbender who has just discovered that he is the new Avatar, and he must now master all the four elemental powers, to save the world from the Fire Nation’s tyranny. While last year the ceremony was broadcast on Netflix’s YouTube channel, it is the first that Netflix will be streaming an event of this kind.

Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 3

While this might be the final season for Star Wars: The Bad Batch, the first three episodes that the platform dropped today have confirmed multiple connections of the series with other Star Wars movies and shows, including Mandalorian. Ahsoka to Aakhri Sach: Top Movies and Web Series to Watch This Week

As we approach the end of August, OTT platforms have ramped up their content output, offering ample options for people to binge-watch shows and movies throughout the weekend. No one wants to waste time scrolling through streaming apps for hours, and so, we’ve come back with a list of films and shows that’ll keep you entertained. The new Star Wars live-action series Ahsoka is easily the standout, with Rosario Dawson returning to investigate an emerging threat in the galaxy far, far away. It’s already out on Disney+ Hotstar. Meanwhile, on the Indian content front, we’ve got Guns & Gulaabs, the retro-style crime-comedy from Raj & DK that blends romance, action, and nostalgia into a fine paste.

For Indian hip-hop fans, we’ve got Bajao, which navigates the Punjabi pop music industry via the eyes of three young filmmakers who’ve found themselves in big trouble. The series marks rapper Raftaar’s acting debut, and is now streaming on JioCinema. On the movie side, the Gal Gadot and Alia Bhatt-led Heart of Stone is a major one, continuing its #1 global rank, as per Netflix’s charts.

With that, here’s a guide on what to watch this weekend:

Ahsoka

When: Now streaming
Where: Disney+ Hotstar

Former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano makes her long-awaited live-action debut in the latest series from Dave Filoni, as she embarks on a new adventure to take on General Admiral Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen), who is poised to return as the heir to the Galactic Empire. Her effort is compounded by having to deal with her strained past — specifically, her former student Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo) — an expert on explosives — who was abandoned mid-training and therefore has a bone to pick with her master. Completing the trio of returning Star Wars Rebels characters is the Twi’lek ace pilot Hera Syndulla (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), navigating the stars via her starship ‘Ghost.’

The series will also pit Ahsoka against her former master Anakin Skywalker, who we know will eventually turn to the dark side and be known as the Sith Lord Darth Vader. Hayden Christensen will be reprising that role, presumably touching on his reasons for abandoning Ahsoka many years prior. Meanwhile, the dark force honing Baylan Skoll (Ray Stevenson) and his student Shin (Ivanna Sakho) serve as other major hurdles in Ahsoka’s path to saving the fragile New Republic.

The first two episodes of Ahsoka are now streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. The remaining six will drop on a weekly basis, every Tuesday, until October 3.

Best Star Wars TV Series to Watch Before Ahsoka

Bajao

When: Now streaming
Where: JioCinema

A trio of young aspiring filmmakers — Ved (Tanuj Virwani), Dhaari (Sahil Khattar), and Cookie (Sahil Vaid) — strike a deal with a problematic hip-hop icon Babbar (Raftaar) to make a music video that would herald his comeback to the rap scene. Their lives soon take a disastrous turn when a night of celebration turns to chaos, causing them to lose a bag of Rs. 2 crore in cash, and the rapper missing. With no recollection of their memory and a 48-hour countdown, Bajao swells into a twisted search and rescue mission, navigating hip-hop culture and street crime, all the while dealing with a local gangster, whom the filmmakers appear to have wronged.

Yes, that last part is quite reminiscent of Todd Phillips’ The Hangover, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the missing rapper had been right under their noses the entire time.

Jio Studios Unveils Content Slate With 62 Titles: Raftaar-led Bajao, Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki, More

Satyaprem Ki Katha

When: Now streaming
Where: Amazon Prime Video

Kartik Aaryan stars in this musical love story as Satyaprem aka Sattu, a good-for-nothing law school dropout, who always dreams — literally — about getting married to a beautiful woman, but gets rejected for being jobless. However, the realisation doesn’t strike him hard until much later, when he encounters a mesmerising dancer Katha (Kiara Advani), who is way out of his league and is looking to marry the ideal husband — something Satyaprem isn’t.

That said, fate has different plans for him and the pair end up getting married, much to Katha’s dismay, forcing Sattu to improve his ways and become a worthy husband, while being understanding of her dark secret. Marking director Sameer Vidwans’ first Hindi-language film, Satyaprem Ki Katha also stars Gajraj Rao (Maja Ma), Supriya Pathak (Rashmi Rocket), and Rajpal Yadav (Phir Hera Pheri).

Heart of Stone

When: Now streaming
Where: Netflix

After partaking in a sleek heist in Netflix’s Red Notice, Gal Gadot is now slipping into the role of Rachel Stone, an international spy working for the Charter, an elusive group with no political leanings that relies on a mysterious asset called ‘The Heart’ for its day-to-day tasks. It’s basically a powerful AI that keeps track of a person’s digital footprint to create data that helps predict potential global threats and deliver odds of success in thwarting them. That prize soon gets stolen by the mysterious hacker Keya Dhawan (Alia Bhatt), kickstarting a globetrotting hunt across the snowy mountaintops to even some risky airborne manoeuvres.

Heart of Stone also stars Jamie Dornan (Belfast) as the MI6 agent Parker, Matthias Schweighöfer (Army of the Dead) as the Charter’s tech specialist ‘Jack of Hearts,’ and Sophie Okenedo (Hotel Rwanda) as its leader Nomad.

Guns & Gulaabs

When: Now streaming
Where: Netflix

Guns & Gulaabs serves as an ode to Bollywood in the mid-90s, focusing its sights on a fictional cartel-run town called Gulaabganj, where a group of outlandish characters try making a name for themselves. Among them, we’ve got Rajkummar Rao’s (Monica, O My Darling) Paana Tipu, a lovesick mechanic distraught by his father’s death, who murders a couple of thugs by shoving a spanner down their throats. Hence the first name: Paana.

Then there’s Chhotu Ganchi (Adarsh Gourav), the reluctant heir to a drug empire, who struggles with transporting a large amount of opium and is hell-bent on making his father proud. Adding some spice to this interconnecting drama is a local goofy assassin named ‘4 Cut Aatmaram’ (Gulshan Devaiah), notorious for killing his victims with four stabs of a switchblade. He never breaks his rule.

Adding some normalcy to the otherwise cartoonish characters is the honest narcotics Officer Arjun Varma (Dulquer Salmaan), who turns into a chaos agent when asked to turn corrupt and help out with smuggling opium. It’s an all-around quirky story that jumps between its characters and focuses on worldbuilding in the first half before things fall into place to unfold a revenge arc, heartbreak, and the taste of sweet innocence through the eyes of three schoolmates. Adding to its aura are the vintage titles, pop-culture references, and some classical music suited to the time period to best immerse you in Raj & DK’s newly-crafted world.

Aakhri Sach

When: August 25 (Now streaming)
Where: Disney+ Hotstar

Hard-nosed investigative officer Anya (Tamannaah Bhatia) is summoned to solve a bizarre case, in which the 11 members of a ‘regular’ family were found dead — 10 of them were found hanging in the courtyard of their residence. Yep, this new Hotstar Specials show is based on the infamous real-life Burari deaths from 2018, where it was concluded that the family had committed mass suicide. While going about her investigation, Anya discovers an odd connection between the house’s layout with the family member count — there are 11 windows, 11 doors, and 11 odd pipes peeking out of a wall, making for a rather perplexing case. The only solid account she has is a set of diaries maintained by the family members.

Robbie Grewal — best known for Romeo Akbar Walter — directs all episodes of Aakhri Sach, which also stars Abhishek Banerjee (Paatal Lok) as Anya’s junior officer, and Shivin Narang as a key suspect.

Amazon Prime Video Announces Business Reality Series ‘Mission Start Ab’ in Partnership With Government of India

Streaming service Prime Video on Wednesday announced ‘Mission Start Ab’, a business reality series in partnership with the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser (PSA). The seven-episode series will show promising entrepreneurs, focused on scaling made-for-India innovations with the potential to impact socio-economic change, undertake a series of challenges in pursuit of scaling their business and securing funding for their ventures, as per the platform. “With India as one of the world’s largest and most vibrant start-up ecosystems, this wholly Made-In-India series also brings together three renowned investors who will search for India’s next Unicorn, by putting these 10 early-stage founders through a series of intense exercises and simulations that will test their entrepreneurial, management, communication and crises management skills,” the streaming platform stated in a press release.

‘Mission Start Ab’, which is currently in production, is slated to premiere soon on Prime Video. “Lauding the remarkable spirit of India’s grassroot innovators, I am delighted to announce Prime Video’s reality series Mission Start Ab. This captivating series will serve as a powerful platform, showcasing the inspiring stories of those driving social change through innovation,” said Ajay Kumar Sood, Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India.

“I am optimistic that it will offer immense learning opportunities to grassroot innovators in India, providing valuable insights into sustainable start-up practices and attracting the right investors. Furthermore, the series promises to entertain viewers while promoting the growth of our nation’s grassroots innovation ecosystem,” he added.

Sushant Sreeram, Country Director, Prime Video, India, said the streamer has always been an enabler of India’s economy – directly and indirectly. “This collaboration between the Office of the PSA, Government of India and Prime Video is another milestone on the journey that started earlier this year with Amazon India signing the Letter of Engagement (LoE) with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) with an objective of contributing to the growth of India’s creative economy,” Sareen said.

Actor Alia Bhatt was also present at the event and said that ‘Mission Start Ab’ has the potential to have a ‘far-reaching impact on the country’s growing start-up ecosystem’. “While there are many great ideas and ambitious young founders around us, it takes a special kind of determination to turn that idea into reality, build the right team, find the right mentors, raise funding, and create something out of nothing,” she said.

Netflix Tudum Trailers: Heart of Stone, One Piece, 3 Body Problem, and More

Netflix’s Tudum event returned this year with a frenzy of new trailers and announcements. The global event was held live from Brazil, early Sunday, bringing teasers for the much-anticipated live-action adaptations of the swashbuckling pirate animes One Piece and Avatar: The Last Airbender, whose last real-life adaptation was a glorious mess. Gal Gadot, Alia Bhatt, and Jamie Dornan star in an action-fueled trailer for Heart of Stone, while Zack Snyder fans are treated to a behind-the-scenes look at his upcoming space opera Rebel Moon. The biggest highlight, however, has to be 3 Body Problem, Netflix’s adaptation of the acclaimed sci-fi novel by Liu Cixin.

The Bear Season 2 to The Witcher Season 3 Vol. 1: The Biggest Web Series in June

All these and more were announced at the Netflix Tudum 2023 event — here’s a compilation of the biggest ones:

One Piece

Based on the iconic manga and anime from Eichiro Oda, a live-action adaptation of One Piece has been gestating for years now, with Netflix finally picking it up in 2020 with a 10-episode order. The teaser evokes the sense of the introductory chapters — East Blue Saga — wherein the protagonist Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) heads out on a quest to form his own pirate crew, recruiting the likes of the green-haired swordsman Zoro (Mackenyu), the enigmatic thief Nami (Emily Rudd), the loudmouthed Usopp (Jacob Romero Gibson), and the uber talented romantic chef Sanji (Taz Skylar).

The teaser offers a brief glimpse at the villain Buggy D. Clown as well, alongside Luffy stretching his arm out for the Gum-Gum Pistol attack. One Piece sets sail August 31 on Netflix.

3 Body Problem

From the creators of Game of Thrones – David Benioff and D. B. Weiss – comes 3 Body Problem, an adaptation of the Chinese author Cixin Liu’s book, wherein a young woman’s fateful decision in 1960s China reverberates across space and time to alert a group of brilliant scientists in the future. It’s essentially the story of an impending alien invasion that spans decades, with the original novel claiming the Hugo Awards, and several other nominations, including the Prometheus Award. 3 Body Problem is slated to release in January 2024.

The Archies

Zoya Akhtar welcomed us to her reimagined world of The Archies, which is billed as a musical drama set in the swinging 1960s in India. It stars Agastya Nanda as the titular redhead Archie Andrews, Suhana Khan as the pompous Veronica Lodge, Khushi Kapoor as the kind-hearted Betty, and Mihir Ahuja as the gluttonous Jughead. The film finished production in December last year and still does not have a release window.

Berlin

Netflix has served a teaser for Berlin, the Money Heist spin-off series focusing on the origin of the iconic jewel thief Andrés de Fonollosa/ Berlin, who constructs a series of heists across Europe with the biggest prize in an auction house in Paris. However, he also has his eyes set on another prize – a mysterious woman who happens to be the wife of the person he’s trying to rob. Things get complicated when Berlin falls in love with her, complicating things with his loyal crew. Money Heist Berlin is eyeing a release sometime in December.

Avatar: The Last Airbender

It’s hard to wash away the horrid memories of M. Night Shyamalan’s adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender, which heavily steered away from the source material. No footage was shown for Netflix’s take on it, but you’d naturally expect it to correct the faults of the previous one. However, I’m not feeling too optimistic about this one, considering its showrunners and creators of the franchise Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko departed the project due to creative differences in 2020. Meanwhile, Netflix remained committed to the series, which comes out sometime in 2024.

Heart of Stone

Gal Gadot, Alia Bhatt, and Jamie Dornan lead this action spy thriller that’s billed to kickstart a franchise akin to Mission: Impossible. In it, an intelligence operative Rachel Stone is racing to stop a hacker from stealing a nefarious world-threatening MacGuffin known as ‘The Heart.’ Gadot signed an eight-figure deal (in dollars) for Heart of Stone, while Bhatt makes her Hollywood debut. The film drops August 11 on Netflix.

Rebel Moon featurette

So far, we’ve only gotten to see glimpses of Zack Snyder’s space opera through images, but this featurette gives a sense of the tonal aspects and the atmospheric scale of it all. In Rebel Moon, an enigmatic young woman Kora (Sofia Boutella), sets out on a mission to seek out warriors from nearby planets to help take a stand against an oppressive empire led by the Regent Balisaurus. The film will be divided into two parts, with the first one slated to release December 22. Snyder has also planned additional explicit cuts of both films that are intended strictly for adults and will be released at a much later date.

The Witcher season 3 clip

Young Ciri (Freya Allan) runs into some bandits in this brief clip from The Witcher season 3, only to be saved by her adoptive father Geralt of Rivia (Henry Cavill) and the powerful sorceress Yennefer (Anya Chalotra), leading to a portal-warping fight sequence. As the elves enter the scene, Geralt partakes in some intense swordplay, occasionally casting the Quen sign to shield himself and Aard to blast foes away in pure synchronicity. This season marks Cavill’s final stint as the monster hunter before Liam Hemsworth (The Hunger Games) takes over from season 4 onwards. The Witcher season 3 Vol. 1 releases July 29 on Netflix.

Squid Game season 2 cast announcement

We still don’t know much about how Seong Gi-hun (Lee Jung-Jae) plans to exact his revenge on the Front Man and his organisation that was responsible for the deaths of 455 players who participated in a series of life-threatening games for the big pot of money. Creator Hwang Dong-hyuk has been quite secretive about the second season of Squid Game but has revealed four new faces that would be joining the new cast – Yim Si-Wan, Kang Ha-Neul, Park Sung-Hoon, and Yang Dong-Geun.

Squid Game: The Challenge

The global phenomenon Squid Game was turned into a reality show, with reports of some harsh injuries on set. In the brief first-look clip, we see that the sets from the show were recreated from scratch, including the giant doll from the Red Light, Green Light game. A total of 456 participants from around the world were chosen for the reality spinoff, and they will compete until one victor emerges — winning $4.56 million (about Rs. 33 crore).

All The Light We Cannot See

Based on the award-winning novel by Anthony Doerr, All The Light We Cannot See thrusts two teenagers, Marie-Laure (Aria Mia Loberti) and Werner (Louis Hofmann), against the backdrop of World War II, as they share a secret connection that becomes a beacon of hope during those dark times. Mark Ruffalo (Zodiac) and Hugh Laurie (House) also star in the limited series, which is written by Steven Knight, best known for Peaky Blinders.

Heart of Stone Trailer: Alia Bhatt, Gal Gadot Tease Their Netflix Action Thriller at Tudum 2022

Heart of Stone first look is here. At its online-only event Tudum 2022, Netflix unveiled the first teaser trailer for the Gal Gadot-led action spy thriller movie, mixed with bits of behind-the-scenes that feature its cast members — Jamie Dornan and Alia Bhatt are also part of Heart of Stone — talking about what we can expect. Bhatt makes her Hollywood debut on Heart of Stone, which centres on CIA agent Rachel Stone (Gadot). Tom Harper (The Aeronauts) directs, off a screenplay by comic book writer Greg Rucka (Wonder Woman), and Allison Schroeder (Hidden Figures).

“You know what you signed up for. No friends, no relationships. What we do is too important,” an unseen character says at the start of the first Heart of Stone trailer, before Gadot chimes in to describe the film: “It’s a super-grounded, raw action thriller.” Bhatt then drops in to add that Heart of Stone has “characters that you really connect with and feel for.” We’re given a few more seconds of action snippets from Heart of Stone, before Dornan notes that “there’s so much going on, and it’s so big scale.”

Tudum Netflix 2022 — All the Trailers and Biggest Announcements

“We really wanted to make sure we keep it realistic, so people can feel the pain,” Gadot says as she returns. Her character “lives off adrenaline, she’s addicted to it.” There’s several more seconds of action — car crashes, snowmobile chases, explosions, and people jumping out of planes — as the Heart of Stone teaser trailer closes out.

Heart of Stone is designed to be the start of an action thriller franchise, in the vein of Tom Cruise-led Mission: Impossible. That’s a mighty tall order — Cruise has been doing M:I films for nearly three decades now — but Netflix has gotten ever so desperate in having its own IPs. In fact, Gadot has already been at the centre of another action thriller, Red Notice, that’s also meant to be a franchise for Netflix.

Announced in late 2020 with Gadot, Netflix came on board for Heart of Stone in early 2021. Dornan joined the cast in February this year, with Bhatt added in March alongside Sophie Okonedo, Matthias Schweighöfer, Jing Lusi, and Paul Ready. Filming also began in March — going to London, Reykjavík, and Lisbon — and concluded in July.

Heart of Stone is slated to release sometime in 2023 on Netflix in India and around the world.

Netflix to Release Darlings Starring Alia Bhatt Later This Year, Quirky Video Reveals

Netflix has announced that the upcoming Hindi-language comedy drama Darlings will release directly on the streaming platform, skipping the theatrical route. The platform shared this news with a fun-filled video in which we see those associated with the feature film avoiding questions about its release plans. The video not only piques the curiosity of fans but also introduces us to the Darlings cast that is headlined by Alia Bhatt, Vijay Varma, Shefali Shah, and Roshan Mathew. It, however, does not confirm an exact release date, which suggests that Netflix is yet to finalise one.

Bhatt said in a prepared statement: “Darlings holds a very special place in my heart, it’s my first film as producer that too with Red Chillies. We are very proud and happy how the film has shaped up and we hope it will entertain and engage audiences world over.”

Set in a conservative lower middle-class neighbourhood, Darlings is said to revolve around how the protagonist and her mother find courage to deal with extraordinarily challenging circumstances.

Darlings is directed by Jasmeet K. Reen and marks her directorial debut. Gauri Khan, Bhatt, and Gaurav Verma have produced the film under the Red Chillies Entertainment and Eternal Sunshine Production banners. Red Chillies Entertainment previously produced films such as the reincarnation drama Om Shanti Om, the fantasy movie Paheli, the mystery-thriller Badla, and the mystery-thriller Bob Biswas. Eternal Sunshine Productions, on the other hand, has been set up by Bhatt and Darlings is its maiden production venture.

This, interestingly, will be Bhatt’s second major movie to release directly on digital streaming platforms after the 2020 action-drama Sadak 2. The Mahesh Bhatt-helmed film, a sequel to the 1991 release Sadak, premiered on Disney+ Hotstar to negative reviews. Darlings comes at a time when the Student of the Year actor is going through a good phase on the work front as she was last seen in Telugu-language period drama RRR, which grossed nearly Rs. 1,200 crore worldwide to emerge as a blockbuster. It will be worth watching whether Darlings proves to be a memorable release for her.

Darlings will drop later this year on Netflix but its release date is yet to be announced.

Alia Bhatt to Katrina Kaif: 5 Divas who chose a pastel pink salwar as their go-to summer wear

Although the scorching sun may be unbearable during the summers, if we look at a silver lining, it is summer fashion! Summer fashion is all about bringing out your breeziest fabrics and softest pastel shades. While summer dresses and shorts have always remained a classic trend, our B-town divas have found comfort in breezy pastel pink salwar suits this summer. The soft fabric and the even softer shade, makes these salwar suits a go-to this warm season. So let’s take a look at our favourite ladies dressed in a pastel pink salwar suit.

Katrina Kaif

For her airport look, Mrs. Kaushal channelled her inner desi Punjabi kudi in a pastel pink salwar suit. The actress’ full-length blush pink number featured a V-neckline with detailed floral embroidery in red along it. She paired this with matching palazzo pants and topped this over with a floral printed dupatta that made up for the simplicity of her outfit. A pair of simple embellished juttis, a red bindi and oversized tinted sunglasses made for additional accessories to her look.

Alia Bhatt

Alia Bhatt made her first appearance at the airport as Mrs. Kapoor in a pastel pink salwar suit from Devnaagri. The traditional ensemble featured a floral blush pink kurta adorned with spring-inspired print in a dark pink hue. The outfit bore a calf-grazing hem length and a loose silhouette. Alia teamed the kurta with matching flared pants adorned with silver patti borders on the hem. She rounded off the look with an organza dupatta decked in white lace patti border and floral print. Mojari sandals, her diamond engagement ring, and dainty jhumkas completed her look. She added a modish touch to her airport look with a colourful printed Christian Dior tote bag.

Nora Fatehi

Nora also chose a blush pink salwar suit as her summer airport look. The Kusu Kusu girl stepped out in a cotton silk set that featured a midi kurta with a close neck adorning a tassel tie up detail. The kurta was decked in gorgeous embroidery all done in white threads along with small tassels hanging on the hem. Nora teamed the kurta with matching straight-fit pants and rounded the look with an wholly embroidered dupatta featuring tassels in the border. She accessorised her look with pearl studs, white embroidered juttis and a white quilted sling bag.

Kiara Advani

Kiara proved that there is elegance in simplicity as she stepped out in the city wearing a baby pink salwar set. The set featured a plain, sleeveless, calf-grazing kurta that was teamed with matching cropped pants and a sheer dupatta. Kiara maintained the simplicity of the look as she skipped on the accessories and simply styled her traditional attire an opulent blue Gucci Diana bag.

Kriti Sanon

Kriti Sanon pulled off the ethnic look with charm and comeliness in a pastel pink salwar suit by Nachiket Barve. The outfit featured an embroidered kurta with a floral vest-like design on top with heavy embroidery. The kurta was teamed with a pair of palazzo pants with a scalloped hem. The Shehzaada actress completed the look with minimal diamond earrings and a statement ring.
