Actor Rob Lowe was overjoyed to gift his son, John Owen Lowe, a chip to mark five years of sobriety during their appearance on “The Drew Barrymore Show” Thursday.
Barrymore discussed her own sobriety with the duo, saying her daughters Olive, 10, and Frankie, 8, understand that she cannot drink alcohol.
“They support me through my pitfalls,” she said of her daughters. “And you guys are an incredible family unit that supports each other through every high and low, everything.”
The heartfelt confession prompted Rob to open up about his own sobriety journey, revealing he’s now gone 33 years without alcohol.
“We do, and to be able to share recovery — you’re in recovery, I’m in recovery — I’ve got 33 years in recovery … Johnny’s got five years,” the actor said.
The 59-year-old then pulled out a sobriety chip out of his pocket, which he gave to his son.
“In fact, Johnny’s five-year birthday was on Saturday, and Johnny I want to give you your five-year chip,” the “Parks & Recreation” star said.
“I love you. I’m proud of you,” he said to John Owen, 28.
“I’m speechless. I usually have a witty retort. I don’t have one for that. That was very nice of you,” he said to his dad.
Rob, for his part, has been very open about his own path to sobriety, and previously credited Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler for helping him kickstart the booze-free journey.
Tyler, 75, offered a few words of encouragement — even though they had never met in person.
“I was probably sober two or three weeks, maybe, and I got a phone call from Steven Tyler, who I did not know,” Rob revealed in 2014. “He called me and said, ‘I heard you’re in recovery and I just wanted to say, ‘Hey, you’re going to do great.’”

Rob said the rocker’s call helped changed his perspective and he thought, “If it’s good enough for Steven Tyler, it’s good enough for me.”
“I had met my now wife, Sheryl, and was attempting my first try at monogamy, which was not really in my nature at the time, and I wasn’t able to do it,” the “West Wing” star told Haute Living. “It made me examine how I was living.”
The fitness model posted a sweet selfie of herself holding her 1-year-old in her arms on her Instagram Stories Monday, approximately six hours after Kardashian’s tribute in honor of Thompson’s 32nd birthday.
In the Good American founder’s snap, the former Chicago Bulls star sat with his newborn son and daughter True, 4, whom he shares with Kardashian, and his oldest son Prince, 6, whom he shares with ex Jordan Craig.
Along with the picture, Kardashian, 38, penned a sweet message to her “baby daddy” to commemorate his special day.
“Happy birthday @realtristan13,” she captioned the post. “You are truly the best father, brother & uncle. Your love, attention, silly dances, hugs, carpool rides, bed time rituals, the way u show up for them. All of the above means more than you’ll ever know to your family of littles.”
The “Kardashians” star then subtly shaded her on-again, off-again ex by saying that she wishes that he will “continue to crave change, healing, and transformation.”
The mom of two concluded, “Be strong, be kind, be patient, be free. Continue to Make your soul and your mommy proud. Happy birthday baby daddy.”
Though Kardashian turned off the comments section of her post, that didn’t stop fans from taking to Twitter to discuss how the reality star left one of his children out of the photo.
“Khloe Kardashian had to turn her comments off after she was dragged for this birthday post for Tristan ‘Third Trimester’ Thompson. How the hell he a great father when Maralee baby not there,” tweeted one fan.
“You really can’t say that someone’s the best father if they’re not taking care of all their kids?!?! @khloekardashian One of Tristan’s kids is missing from the photo no?!?!” added another.
For more Page Six you love …
“Khloe will never be able to convince me Tristan is a ‘great father’ so long as he continues to not claim poor baby Theo,” wrote a third user.
“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols,” he wrote at the time. “I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.”
Thompson also issued an apology to Kardashian, who was dating the athlete when Theo was conceived.
“Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you,” he continued. “You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years.”
Allison Holker’s 14-year-old daughter shared a message two months after the death of her adoptive father, Stephen “tWitch” Boss.
Weslie Fowler returned to TikTok for the first time since Boss’ suicide, and in her clip she filmed herself staring into a mirror with audio of Mac Miller’s song “Surf.”
She captioned the post, “i miss u.”
Holker, as well as many other TikTokers, flooded the comments section with support.
“I love you babygirl always and forever,” Holker, 35, wrote.
The “So You Think You Can Dance” alum, who also shares 6-year-old son Maddox and 3-year-old daughter Zaia with the late “Ellen DeGeneres Show” DJ, confirmed her late husband’s passing in a heartbreaking statement on Dec. 14.

The “Magic Mike XXL” star was honored by about 500 people, including DeGeneres, at a celebration of life earlier this month. Mickey Guyton and Andy Grammer performed for the attendees, who also included Wayne Brady, Derek Hough and Loni Love.
“He chose love, grace and kindness,” the former “Dancing With the Stars” pro said, “and he deserves to be celebrated.”

Rihanna’s dad was just as surprised as the rest of the world when the “Umbrella” singer revealed her baby bump during the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show last weekend.
Ronald Fenty, who flew from Barbados to attend the game in Glendale, Ariz., told TMZ that he had no idea his daughter was expecting her second child with A$AP Rocky.
“Oh my God! My baby girl looks pregnant,” he recalled saying to this partner while in the stands at State Farm Stadium.
Ronald also noted that he hopes the Fenty Beauty mogul, 34, will welcome a baby girl this time around – after giving birth to a son last year.
Page Six has reached out to reps for Rihanna but did not immediately hear back.
As previously reported, the “Disturbia” singer, born Robyn Rihanna Fenty, has had a rocky relationship with her father through the years.

Ronald divorced Rihanna’s mom, Monica Braithwaite, amid alcohol and drug issues when the singer was just 14 years old.
Rihanna later accused her father of misusing her name to benefit his own entertainment company. However, she eventually dropped the lawsuit she brought against him in September 2021.
“She’s loving it. She’s a very overprotective mother,” he said, noting the “Rude Boy” singer had visited her home country with the youngster twice so far.
“Everybody says [the baby] looks like me, but you know, babies change, faces change. He [resembles] a lot of Rihanna and Rocky together,” he went on.
Ronald, who joked that Rihanna would “have [his] head” if he divulged the bub’s name, also said that Rocky, 34, was “a cool guy.”
“[He’s] very respectable. He’s taking to fatherhood very well,” Ronald said.
However, he “doesn’t know” whether the couple will ever tie the knot.
“I don’t know about marriage, I really don’t know.”
Ricky Martin shared a rare photo of his 14-year-old son Valentino looking all grown up and just like his dad.
“Baby no more,” Martin, 51, captioned a photo of his son posted to his Instagram on Thursday, adding, “#myson #Tino 14 years old.”
In the photo, Valentino is seen with a wispy mustache and swoopy black hair that resembles his father’s own ‘do.
Friends and fans of the “Livin’ la Vida Loca” singer flooded the comments section of the post to gush over Martin’s teenage son.
“WOW! Doppelgänger! Time goes so fast,” Andy Cohen commented on the post.
“How?!! Wooooow time fly’s [sic] !!” singer Joel Deleōn wrote.
“Not possible, they were babies yesterday,” a second agreed.

“My god he’s grown so much!” a fan wrote, with another adding, “Like father, like son ❤️.”
Martin and his husband, Jwan Yosef, share Valentino and his twin brother, Matteo, both of whom were welcomed via gestational surrogacy in August 2008. They also share 4-year-old daughter Lucia, who was born on Martin’s birthday, and 4-year-old son Renn, whom they welcomed in 2019.
The Grammy winner has kept his children out of the spotlight, though his family drama made headlines when Martin’s nephew accused him of incest.
Dennis Yadiel Sanchez, who is the son of Ricky’s half-sister Vanessa Martin, claimed that he had been in a seven-month relationship with his uncle. Ricky denied the allegations at the time, calling them “untrue” and “disgusting.”
“The accuser confirmed to the court that his decision to dismiss the matter was his alone, without any outside influence or pressure, and the accuser confirmed he was satisfied with his legal representation in the matter,” lawyers Joaquín Monserrate Matienzo, Carmelo Dávila and Harry Massanet Pastrana said in a joint statement at the time.
Yosef, 38, broke his silence on the accusations a month later, taking to Instagram with a post that stated, “Truth Prevails.”
Ricky hit back by suing his nephew for $20 million, claiming Sanchez began sending him messages through Instagram, in which he allegedly threatened to “assassinate his reputation and integrity” if he didn’t pay up. Ricky added that he and his family feel “unsafe.”
Ant Anstead spent the holidays in the United Kingdom, bringing his 3-year-old son, Hudson, to his native country for the first time.
“What a simply INCREDIBLE week of adventures back in Blighty!” the motor specialist captioned an Instagram slideshow Tuesday with the toddler and his half-siblings, Amelie, 19, and Archie, 16.
“Hudzo and I spent Christmas morning on the sandy beach of Laguna then the rest of Christmas Day on a flight to the UK!!” he explained. “His first time ever out the US.”
The former couple’s holiday schedule was decided when their custody battle was settled in November 2022. When years end in an even number, Anstead is granted Dec. 23 through Christmas Day with Hudson, as well as the week of his school vacation.

Haack, who has the same rights during odd-numbered years, saw Hudson on Dec. 24.
“Wonderful Christmas Eve with family and friends,” the “Flip or Flop” alum, 39, captioned an Instagram Story picture last month featuring husband Josh Hall, as well as her two children with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, Taylor, 12, and Brayden, 7.
The festive photo marked a rare moment of Haack showing Hudson’s face to her followers.
The “Christina in the Country” star often covers her youngest child’s features with emojis after Anstead accused her of “exploiting” him in September 2022.
“I CHOSE and choose not to post Hudson because I was exhausted with Instagram being used as a tool against me,” Haack explained when questioned about hiding Hudson two months later.
As for Anstead, he defended his own pictures with their son in October 2022, writing, “Hudzo not having to work in his childhood … that’s a win.”
Haters are gonna hate, but she just loves, loves, loves.
Teresa Giudice told People that if there’s one thing she’s planning to avoid in 2023, it’s “toxicity, definitely toxicity.”
“You can manifest what you want in 2023. We’ve done that before,” the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, 50, added.
Giudice’s New Year’s resolution admission comes amid her ongoing feud with brother Joe Gorga and his wife, Melissa Gorga. Tension began after the Gorgas skipped Giudice’s wedding to Luis “Louie” Ruelas.
Ruelas, 47, seemed supportive of his wife’s resolution, telling the outlet they plan to do a burning ceremony with friends.

“We’re going to go to a place where there’s a little fire, and everyone’s going to have pieces of paper,” he explained. “We’re going to write down some things we want to let go of in 2022. Burn it and let it go, walk away holding hands, don’t look back.”
He added, “It kind of cleans out your mental storage, cleans out what’s of the forefront of your mind, really.”

As for what Giudice does hope for in the upcoming year, the reality star emphasized “peace, love, happiness” and health.
“Life is short, it’s very valuable, so you have to value the time that you have on this earth and surround yourself with good people, good vibes, people that are happy for you,” she said, adding that it’s a lesson she also wants to teach her children.

“I just want to have a great time, because being in this world, you get used and abused, and Louie, he’s new at it, so it’s like I’m protecting him from all that,” Giudice concluded.
“I’ve been doing this for a while now, and so, I know the games, I know everything that comes along with it, unfortunately.”

Unfortunately, there was no Christmas miracle that reunited Giudice and Ruelas with the Gorgas, both 43, as they didn’t celebrate the holidays together.
Christina Haack is reflecting on her years of health issues, which she theorizes may stem from getting breast implants.
The “Christina on the Coast” star shared a “Self-Care Saturday” post via Instagram over the weekend, which showed her listening to a meditation podcast while receiving photon LED light therapy on her face.
“Been super exhausted lately so [I’m] on a kick to get back into my body. I’ve had some unexplained health stuff for years, and now I’m considering the thought that this could be breast implant related,” Haack, 39, wrote in part.
“Does anyone else have any experience with this subject?” she asked. “I’m curious on all the ladies take on this.”
The HGTV star went on to name her extensive list of health struggles, which includes inflammation, Hashimoto’s disease, Raynaud’s syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, unexplained skin rashes, joint and muscle pain, dry eyes, acid reflux, brain fog, swollen lymph nodes and adrenal fatigue.
“For now just working on detoxing and positive mind set,” she concluded the post.
The “Flip or Flop” alum has been candid about her struggles through the years, most recently speaking about her endoscopy which treated her “extreme stomach pain.”
“So far my results have come back good. Doing more procedures to try to get to the bottom of it,” she told People, noting she had suffered from the pain on and off since 2016.

“For now, I am continuing to eat healthy and stay active,” she continued. “I’ve talked to a lot of people about this and just want to advocate how important it is to trust your own health instincts and not ignore things going on in your body.”
Aside from her health struggles, the real estate investor has been dealing with a lot in her personal life.
Camille Grammer is mourning the loss of her mother, Maureen Wilson Donatacci, who died on Saturday morning after a long battle with cancer.
“My mom gained her angel wings today,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 54, captioned a post on Instagram that included throwback pictures of her and the late matriarch.
“She was a strong beautiful warrior who fought to the very end. Her strength and endurance was an inspiration to so many.”
Grammer continued, “She lived her life to the fullest. Her love and sense of humor made us feel better during difficult times.”
The reality star concluded, “I will miss you everyday. I love you so much!”
Several of Grammer’s “Real Housewives” franchise co-stars sent their condolences.

Over the years, Grammer’s mom had been diagnosed with several genetic cancers, including bladder, ovarian and colon.
At the time, a rep for Grammer told Page Six that she “didn’t feel ‘right” and “went to her oncologist immediately and had a procedure to remove a small malignancy.”
Donatacci is survived by her two children and her grandchildren.
Bloom was previously married to Miranda Kerr from 2010 to 2013, and they share a son Flynn. Meanwhile, Perry was married to Russell Brand from 2010 until 2012.
Perry and Bloom are currently going strong, but they’ve had their relationship ups and downs over the years. Take a look at their full relationship timeline.
“He wouldn’t stop staring at her cleavage — and she was very flirty and laid on the charm,” the insider told Page Six at the time.
A mutual friend seemed to confirm the romance weeks later when they posted a group selfie that featured Perry and Bloom hanging out at the play “The Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey” in Los Angeles.
April 2016
Their romance escalated over the next few months, as they were seen packing on the PDA at Coachella.
“Orlando was behind her and swaying with her to the music,” a festival-goer told E!. “They also were vaping together. They were kissing and very much a couple.”
May 2016
Perry and Bloom marked a major milestone when they went Instagram-official.
The “E.T.” songstress posted a photo of her and her new beau laying in robes on the steps of Cannes’ Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc.
“we cannes’t,” she captioned the pic.
August 2016
The couple faced yet another milestone when they were photographed paddleboarding together in Italy – all the while Bloom was infamously nude while paddling behind a clothed Perry.
The actor’s nude photos sent the internet into a frenzy theorizing on how lucky of a girl Perry was.
“I wouldn’t have put myself in that position if I’d thought it would happen,” Bloom later told Elle UK in May 2017. “I’ve been photographed a million times in a million ways. I have a good radar.”
“You can’t put reins on that man,” Perry responded on “The Kyle & Jackie O Show” in February 2022, adding, “He’s a wild stallion, and that’s how I like it!”

A year of firsts!
The lovebirds showed their political alliances by dressing up in a couple’s costume as none other than Bill Clinton and his wife – former Democratic presidential nominee – Hillary Clinton one week before the 2016 election.
March 2017
The duo faced their first snag in their relationship when they split after 10 months of dating.
“Before rumors or falsifications get out of hand we can confirm that Orlando and Katy are taking a respectful, loving space at this time,” their reps told Page Six at the time.
Several concert-goers took to Twitter to rave about how they were “kissing” and she was even “sitting on him” at one point.
January 2018
The rekindling rumors only escalated after eagle-eyed fans once again took to social media to share photos of the two grabbing a bite to eat while on vacation at the Amilla Fushi Resort in the Maldives.
February 2018
Despite being “Hot N Cold” for the last 11 months, the couple had officially returned to hot status again.
“Katy wants to make things work this time around,” a source told The Sun at the time. “She tried, but she couldn’t cut him off. She cares too much about him. This time, they’re keeping things low key — but they’re back together.”
“Oh hey! I was actually looking for a washboard to do me laundry on,” she commented.
April 2018
Once again, Perry teased that she was back on with Bloom when she told Entertainment Tonight that she has “been spoken for and speak for myself. And I’m very happy!”
“I have a partner who is also all about finding a balance — Orlando, who is on a spiritual journey of his own,” Perry said. “He’s an anchor who holds me down, and he’s very real.”
She added that the two “hold each other accountable” and “pull the poison out of each other” in a “never ending cleanse.”
“I’ve never had a partner who was willing to go on an emotional and spiritual journey like Orlando,” she said, adding that defines love as “partnership, friendship, truth and being an absolute mirror to someone.”
Later that month, Perry compared Bloom to the making of the Pyramids in a sweet 43rd birthday tribute.
“I am in constant awe and wonder of how such a loving/kind/compassionate/supportive/talented/deeply spiritual/did I mention incredibly good looking/James Bond of a human being can actually exist in the flesh!” she captioned a photo of him standing in front of one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Perry excitedly announced she was pregnant with her first child, Bloom’s second.
Perry debuted her baby bump at the end of her music video “Never Worn White” and later confirmed the news on an Instagram Live.
“There’s a lot that will be happening this summer; not only will I be giving birth — literally — but also figuratively to something you guys have been waiting for,” Perry shared.
Perry shared that after a messy sex reveal – featuring some sort of pink whipped cream on Bloom’s face – that their first child would be a baby girl.
June 2020
The Grammy nominated singer admitted she was near suicide during her initial split with Bloom and after her album “Witness” was met with mixed reviews in 2017.
“But the validation did not get me high, and so I just crashed,” she told CBS Radio. “It wasn’t that huge maybe from an outside perspective, but for me, it was seismic.”
“We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter,” they wrote in a statement to UNICEF. “But we know we’re the lucky ones and not everyone can have a birthing experience as peaceful as ours was.”
The couple took a break from parenting to make their onscreen debut together for a short film titled “Transmissions From the Future,” a video promoting the voting rights For the People Act.
Perry and Bloom dressed up as an older couple fighting for their freedom in a 2055 dystopian future. In addition to encouraging people to “save democracy,” they also gave a sweet shoutout to Daisy.
“There’s a new act on the #vegas strip @katyperry so proud of you. Let’s all go #play 🍄🚀 HNY❤️,” Bloom captioned a photo of him in front of Perry onstage.
February 2022
Perry shut down rumors that the two had secretly eloped and explained on the “Kyle and Jackie O Show” that they were “still trying for it to work out” at their “destination location.” She blamed COVID for the delay.
May 2022
The mom of one explained how seeing “what a great dad he [Bloom] was” to son Flynn “influenced” her maternal instincts to “breed” a child with him.
“That definitely primally influenced me,” Perry gushed in a “Dear Chelsea” podcast episode. “Something inside of me said, ‘You, mid-30s, this man is nice. Must breed.’”
“Each time we take a trip around the sun and get to celebrate you, I’m reminded that on this journey together and whatever the weather I’m always smiling 🎂❤️🎉,” he captioned the pic.
