It is equipped with a triple rear camera unit led by a 50-megapixel primary Sony LYT-808 sensor. The Realme GT 5 Pro is backed by a 5,400mAh battery with 100W fast charging support.

Realme GT 5 Pro price is set at CNY 3,298 (roughly Rs. 40,000) for the base 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant and CNY 3,598 (roughly Rs. 42,000) for the 16GB RAM + 256GB configuration. The phone also comes in a 16GB RAM + 512GB storage model, which is priced at CNY 3,898 (roughly Rs. 45,000). The top-of-the-line 16GB RAM + 1TB model at CNY 4,198 (roughly Rs. 50,000).

The latest flagship handset from Realme is currently available for pre-orders in Bright Moon, Red Rock, and Starry Night (translated from Chinese) colour options. It will go on sale in China starting December 14. Details about the availability of the Realme GT 5 Pro in other markets are yet to be revealed.

Realme GT 5 Pro specifications

The dual-SIM (Nano) Realme GT 5 Pro runs on Android 14 based realme UI 5.0 and features a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,264×2,780 pixels) AMOLED display with up to 144Hz refresh rate, 94.2 percent screen to body ratio, 2160Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness. The display offers 100 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut.

Under the hood, the flagship smartphone has the octa-core 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, along with an Adreno 750 GPU and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. The handset is equipped with a 12,000 sq mm “3VC vapour chamber iceberg cooling” system with a 3,6132 sq mm heat dissipation area for thermal management during gaming. The thermal conductivity is claimed to reduce the CPU core temperature to a maximum of 21.8 degrees Celsius.

For optics, Realme has packed a triple rear camera unit on the Realme GT 5 Pro. The camera setup includes a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-808 sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an f/1.6 aperture, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 periscope telephoto camera and an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 sensor with 112-degree ultra-wide angle lens. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 camera for selfies and video chats. The handset offers up to 1TB of inbuilt storage.

Connectivity options on the new Realme GT 5 Pro include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Glonass, BeiDou, Galileo, QZSS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors onboard include an acceleration sensor, distance sensor, geomagnetic, gyroscope, and light sensor. The phone packs dual stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res and Dolby audio certification. It offers a palm unlocking feature that allows users to unlock the phone using their hands, along with an under-display fingerprint scanner.

Realme GT 5 Pro is equipped with a 5,400mAh battery along with with 100W wired fast charging support and 50W wireless charging support. It measures 161×75.06×9.23mm and weighs around 224 grams.

Realme C67 Tipped to Get a 4G Variant; Key Specifications Surface Online

Realme C67 5G is confirmed to launch in India on December 14. The company has teased the design and colour of the phone. It is expected to be a budget offering and will most likely compete with Xiaomi’s Redmi 13C 5G, which was launched in the country on December 6. As the launch date of the Realme C67 5G draws closer, we can expect more details about the handset to be known, officially or otherwise. However, there is now a leak that lists key specifications of the 4G variant of the Realme C67.

Facebook user Robby shared leaked promotional images and key specifications of the rumoured Realme C67 4G variant. The phone is seen in a similar lime green colour option that the 5G variant has been officially teased in, but the rear camera module appears to have a different design. While the Realme C67 5G appears with a slightly raised circular camera island, the Realme C67 4G seems to have two lens units vertically placed within an elliptical module.

The 4G variant of the Realme C67 is said to pack an IPS LCD display with a centred hole-punch slot at the top. It is tipped to get a full-HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The phone is said to be powered by a 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 chipset paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of either eMMC or UFS onboard storage. 

Realme C67 4G is tipped to launch in Indonesia, as per the leaked images. It is likely to be priced around IDR 2,000,000 (roughly Rs. 10,700) and be available in two variants – 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. The handset could be equipped with a 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HM6 primary sensor, a 2-megapixel secondary sensor at the back, and an 8-megapixel sensor in the front.

The leak suggests that the Realme C67 4G could pack a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The handset may also ship with Android 14-based Realme UI. It is expected to offer Mini Capsule 2.0, dual speakers, and a 3.5mm audio jack. For security, the 4G variant is tipped to get a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and support NFC connectivity. It could come with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance. The handset is expected to have a thickness of 7.9mm, as per the leak.

Realme GT 5 Pro Storage, Connectivity Revealed; Confirmed to Get Three Android Upgrades

Realme GT 5 Pro is set to launch in China on December 7. The phone is said to join the Realme GT 5 lineup, the base model of which was launched earlier this year in August with two charging variants. The Pro model is likely to come with upgraded specifications. The base model is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, while the Realme GT 5 Pro is already confirmed to get the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. As the launch date draws closer, the company has confirmed more specifications of the upcoming handset and confirmed its colour options.

In a series of Weibo posts, Realme confirmed that the GT 5 Pro will be offered in two colour options – Red Rock and Starry Night (translated from Chinese). The company also revealed that the phone will ship with Realme UI 5.0. It added that the Realme GT 5 Pro will receive three major Android upgrades and will get four years of security upgrades.

Meanwhile, in another post, the company added that the Realme GT 5 Pro will be equipped with 1TB of onboard storage and offer USB Type-C 3.2 connectivity, which is expected to support improved transfer speed to users over older models.

The Realme GT 5 Pro has previously been confirmed to carry a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and feature LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It will also pack a 5,400mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging support that is claimed to charge the handset from zero to 50 percent in 12 minutes and offer up to 406 hours of standby time on a single charge.

However, it appears that compatible handsets will require a software update to the latest version of ColorOS (Oppo), OxygenOS (OnePlus), and Realme UI (Realme) in order to access the features.

Microsoft’s Phone Link app was previously exclusive to the company’s Surface devices, and phones from Samsung and Honor, but the company’s support page has now been updated (via WindowsLatest) to include four new entries — Oppo Find series, Oppo Reno series, OnePlus series, and Realme series. Similarly, Microsoft’s Link to Windows documentation has also been updated to include the same entries.

The support page does not list specific smartphone models, while several from Samsung and Honor are included under different sections. Several Samsung’s smartphones are also listed under a RCS messaging section, but phones from the three Chinese OEMs are not included in this list.

According to Microsoft’s support page, the Oppo Find series, Oppo Reno series, OnePlus series, and Realme series will support Phone Link, Link to Windows, Phone screen (remotely displaying your phone screen), and Apps (allowing you to mirror apps running on your smartphone). Samsung phone users can also sync their clipboard, quickly share files and view images from their camera roll, pick up phone calls, answer texts — without reaching for their phone.

However, just like Samsung phones, owners of Oppo, OnePlus, and Realme phones will have to wait for a software update that adds Phone Link support. As the features were announced alongside ColorOS 14, Oppo Find and Oppo Reno series owners are expected to get support for the feature when the update arrives, while OnePlus and Realme phones will have to wait for OxygenOS 14 and Realme UI 5.
