A couple of years ago, Sai Pallavi slammed the idea of promoting fairness cream for which she was being paid a whopping Rs 2 crore. Now, Pinkvilla has exclusively learnt, Allu Arjun received a hefty sum from a tobacco company for an endorsement but the actor rejected without a second thought. 

“AA received a hefty sum for an tabacco brand endorsement but he rejected it without a second thought as he personally does not consume it. The actor does not want his fans to watch the ad and start consuming the product, which can lead to addiction,” reveals a source close to the actor. 

“While smoking in movies is something that’s not in his control, whenever possible he has amplified the message of being against the idea of the consumption,” adds the source. 

This change in the Indian Film Industry is for good. However, there are still a lot of top heroes, including Telugu actors, who do not hesitate to endorse a product after being paid a hefty sum. But for Pushpa actor Allu Arjun, it works otherwise.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s newborn baby boy passes away; Emotional footballer shares a post on Instagram

In a recent post on Instagram, Cristiano Ronaldo announces the demise of his twin boy. The football legend shared with his fans in October last year that his fiance Georgina Rodriguez was expecting twins as the Portuguese athlete wrote on his social media, “Delighted to announce we are expecting twins. Our hearts are full of love – we can’t wait to meet you.”

In the new post, Ronaldo asked his audience for some privacy in this time of tragedy for the family as he informed his followers of the unfortunate news. In the note, which was signed off by both Ronaldo and Rodriguez, the couple shared, “It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away. It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel.” They also opened up about how the birth of their baby girl has given them the strength to endure such pain.

Moreover, the statement also mentioned their medical aid and thanked them for their care, “We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support.” The statement ended with the pair addressing their late son as they penned an emotional goodbye, “Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you.” The footballer’s team also extended their support for the player as Manchester United commented on his post from the official page, “Your pain is our pain. Sending love and strength to you and the family at this time.”

Meanwhile, Georgina shares a daughter with Ronaldo, three-year-old Alana. Besides Alana, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has three other kids Cristiano Jr, 11, and twins Eva and Mateo, four.

Ranveer Singh is super pumped ahead of Jayeshbhai Jordaar’s trailer launch; Says ‘Kal hi pata chalega’

Ranveer Singh is all set to turn into a Gujarati to entertain his fans in Jayeshbhai Jordaar. The actor’s fans are eagerly waiting to witness his magic on screens after 83. Yesterday, on April 17, the star released a new look from the film. In it, the actor’s character looked surprised holding an unborn baby in his hand with the umbilical cord still intact. Sharing it, Ranveer wrote, “Jayeshbhai ko ladka hoga ya ladki?” He added, “Aapko kya lagta hai? #JayeshbhaiJordaar.”

Now, the makers are ready to unveil the trailer of the upcoming project. Just a few moments back, Ranveer took to his photo-sharing application and shared his excitement. “Hi everyone, it is a very very exciting time for me right now because the trailer of my new movie Jayeshbhai Jordaar is releasing tomorrow at 11 am. I can’t wait for you to see it. I am Yash Raj studios, I have come to check out the trailer on the big screen just to get the vibe; the feel. Ab Jayeshbhai ko ladka hoga ya ladki ye tho kal hi pata chalega,” he said while recording a video for his fans.

Warrior: Ram Pothineni & Krithi Shetty’s massy Bullet Song crooned by Silambarasan TR to release on April 22

It was announced a few days ago that Silambarsan TR is a singing song for Ram Pothineni’s next titled The Warrior. Now the details about the song have been announced. Titled Bullet Song, it will release on April 22 at 5:45 PM. As promised by the makers of the film, the  Bullet song posters promises  a chartbuster with Simbu’s voice and Ram Pothineni’s energetic dance moves.

The song poster also shows Krithi Shetty shaking a leg with Ram Pothineni. Meanwhile, Simbu also sang the theme of Vishnu Vishal’s FIR, which became a super hit. So it is not new for Simbu to create magic with his voice. 

 

The N Lingusamy directorial is gearing up for a grand worldwide theatrical release on July 14. Aadhi Pinisetty, who has proved his mettle in both Kollywood and Tollywood, will be seen as the antagonist in N Lingusamy’s directorial, while Krithi Shetty plays the leading lady. It also stars Akshara Gowda, Nadhiya, Bharathiraja, Chirag Jani, and Redin Kingsley in pivotal roles.

Here’s an ethnic ensemble that’s enchanted the mother-of-two which can be so versatile enough to have you dressed up as a wedding guest. Styled by Sukriti Grover in a wild berry sharara set by Sukriti and Aakriti. It was high on colour gradient mode for it brought pink and red close which was utterly stunning with gold hue complementing it. 

 

 

The Rs. 39,200.00 combo consisted of a strappy mini kurta which had intricate and regal gold embroidered patterns and a deep U-neckline. It also entailed tassels attached to both straps and this was teamed with sharara pants which were the epitome of comfort and elegance. Much to our delight, this came with gold foil work which looked completely party-perfect with a ruffled hem. To round it all, a dupatta that matched up her ensemble was used and it looked instantly gorgeous with tassel details. 

 

 

To accessorise Shilpa’s look, chunky jewellery was given a vote from chandbali earrings that boasted three tiers and pearls, kadas, rings, and a silk potli bag. Her hair was styled into waves with a middle partition and makeup leaned towards the dewy side.
