OnePlus Nord CE 4 to Offer 100W SuperVOOC Charging; Spotted on Geekbench

OnePlus Nord CE 4 is confirmed to launch in India on April 1. Just weeks ahead of the official launch, OnePlus has disclosed more details about the upcoming Nord series phone. The OnePlus Nord CE 4 is teased to come with SuperVOOC fast charging support. It is already confirmed to run on a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Additionally, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 has surfaced on the Geekbench benchmarking site with model number CPH2613.

Through a dedicated landing page on the OnePlus India website, the company is teasing the specifications of the OnePlus Nord CE 4. It is confirmed to come with 100W SuperVOOC fast charging support. A charging time of 15 minutes is claimed to offer a day’s battery life. This would be an upgrade over the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G’s 80W SuperVOOC charging.

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 is already confirmed to come with a 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage that can be expanded up to 1TB. With the RAM expansion technology, the onboard memory can be expanded up to 16GB.

Meanwhile, a OnePlus handset has been spotted on the Geekbench website with the model number CPH2613. The listing dated March 17 could be that of the OnePlus Nord CE 4. It scored 1,135 points in single-core testing and 3,037 points in multi-core testing. As per the listing, the handset will run on Android 14 operating system.

The Geekbench listing also shows the octa-core Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC on the OnePlus Nord CE 4. The chipset has a prime CPU score of 2.63GHz, three cores capped at 2.40GHz, and four cores at 1.80GHz.

OnePlus Nord CE 4 launch will take place in India on April 1 at 6:30pm IST. It is confirmed to go on sale via Amazon.

OnePlus Nord CE 4 to Get 8GB LPDDR4X RAM; Storage Specification Also Confirmed Ahead of India Launch

OnePlus Nord CE 4 is nearing its India launch, and ahead of schedule the company has confirmed its RAM and storage configurations. The Chinese brand earlier revealed that the smartphone will be introduced in India on April 1. It also teased the design and some key specifications. The successor of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 is confirmed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. It is also teased to arrive in at least two different colour options.

In a post on X (formerly known as Twitter), the official account of OnePlus India revealed the RAM and storage specifications of the Nord CE 4. It said, “Collect games, memes, memories and everything in between with up to 1TB of storage and share them across multiple platforms at the same time with quick app switching on the #OnePlusNordCE4.” The smartphone will feature 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM which can be virtually expanded by another 8GB.

Inbuilt storage on the OnePlus Nord CE 4 is confirmed to be up to 256GB of UFS 3.1. However, this is unlikely to be the base variant as rumours have suggested that the smartphone may also get a 128GB storage variant. The post revealed that the storage can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card slot.

Earlier, the company published a dedicated microsite for the smartphone and teased the design and other key specifications. As per the web page, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 will launch in Celadon Marble and Dark Chrome colour options. The image of the phone shows a pill-shaped module carrying a dual rear camera setup, along with an LED flash. The brand also confirmed that the handset will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC.

As per a previous report, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 could feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The rear camera setup is said to consist of a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. On the front, it could carry a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The smartphone is expected to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery along with 80W wired charging support.

Now, the Chinese smartphone company has teased the arrival of the new OnePlus Nord CE 4 via its social media channels and e-commerce website Amazon. The handset will go official next month. Like its predecessor, the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 4 also runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC. It is teased to come in at least two colour options. The OnePlus Nord CE 4 has a dual-rear camera setup.

The launch of OnePlus Nord CE 4 will take place in the country on April 1 at 6:30pm IST. The OnePlus Nord CE 4 is teased to come in black and green colour options. It is confirmed to ship with a 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. It is shown to have a dual-rear camera unit, along with an LED flash. It seems to have a microphone and an IR blaster on the top frame.

As per leaks, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 will get a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen. On the rear, it is said to feature a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel sensor. It could get a 16-megapixel front camera.

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G is currently available with a price tag of Rs. 24,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. It sports a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,412 pixels) fluid AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and runs on an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chipset. It packs a triple camera unit, led by a 50-megapixel primary camera and houses a 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC charging.
