Epstein assistant Sarah Kellen ‘quietly waiting’ for court document dump

Jeffrey Epstein’s former assistant is “quietly waiting” for the other shoe to drop as the court documents exposing more than 170 people with ties to the pedophile’s sex trafficking ring are set to be released Tuesday.

Sarah Kellen, 44 — who allegedly scheduled the “massages” in which Epstein sexually abused his victims — is waiting to see if her name will be a part of the bombshell document dump, but could use her mountain of insider secrets to weasel her way out of trouble, according to a report.

Kellen has reportedly held her cards close to her chest over the last few years in anticipation of such an unveiling that could out her as an integral partner to the perverted operation.

“She had a front-row seat to the debauchery. What she knows would shock the world,” a source close to Kellen and her husband, former NASCAR driver Brian Vickers, told The Messenger.

“She has so much to say, to plead her case.”

It is not clear if Kellen will appear as one of the names — known only as John and Jane Does previously — expected to be revealed in the documents after Manhattan federal Judge Loretta Preska recently ruled they would be unsealed in the new year.

Former President Bill Clinton and disgraced Prince Andrew are expected to be among the highly prominent names featured in the damning unveiling.

Kellen worked for Epstein for several years starting in the early 2000s and has been called a “knowing participant” in his sickening scheme involving underage girls.

But she has largely avoided the public eye after her former boss committed suicide in 2019 and his partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, was convicted two years later for sex trafficking young girls.

She and Vickers live in a luxury Miami Beach “fortress” outfitted with private entrances that ensure she can’t be surprised with subpoenas, according to the source.

“They have enjoyed basic anonymity and privacy and freedom for many years,” the insider told the outlet.

“They don’t want any changes. So the pattern for which they live, which by the way is very careful — almost to the point of paranoia, is not without purpose.”

The source said Kellen — who previously claimed she was regularly sexually abused by Epstein — could write a tell-all book detailing all she knows about her boss and Maxwell, but has remained quiet in order to keep the information as a “get out of jail free card.”

“It’s more valuable for her to hold onto the information should she need it to stay free,” the source said.

Although Kellen has not been charged with a crime, she has already been named in documents filed in a since-settled 2015 defamation lawsuit Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre brought against Maxwell.

Kellen was also repeatedly mentioned at Maxwell’s federal criminal trial in Manhattan, with one victim claiming the assistant arranged “massage” appointments where Epstein would abuse her and take nude photographs of her.

During Maxwell’s sentencing in 2022, Judge Alison Nathan pointedly called Kellen a “knowing participant in the criminal conspiracy.”

Kellen did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

Several people identified in the documents have already had their association with Epstein or his vile sex-trafficking ring exposed.

Many accusers and alleged victims are expected to be named, along with people who worked for Epstein over the years, were a part of his inner circle, or allegedly participated in his crimes.

The release of the trove of court documents is expected to take place on Jan. 2.

Pornhub takeover is about tech — not sex: sources

Yes, it’s true – a buyout firm called Ethical Capital Partners has bought the parent company of Pornhub – and some insiders say the deal isn’t about sex, but tech.

In a press release, Canada-based Ethical declared that the giant smut site’s parent company, MindGeek – which has spent the past few years fending off accusations of sex-trafficking and child porn – was “built upon a foundation of trust, safety, and compliance.”

But what may be still more surprising to some, according to industry insiders, is the fact that technology could be a key driver for the deal – and that tech could help solve ethical issues that have dogged porn since the beginning, even as it boosts the bottom line.

In particular, some believe that human porn stars are destined to become a relic of the past – as outdated as the mustaches and perfunctory plot lines that riddled porn flicks in the 70s and 80s – and that they’ll be replaced by computer-generated stars.

“Every major piece of technological change is mastered by porn first: from VHS tapes to DVDs to internet video—all became popularized because of porn.”

“And now the same thing is happening with generative AI and deep fakes — buying this is a great way to get into this business before most porn is computer generated and dramatically reducing the costs of content creation.”

The source adds that in a few years creating pornography could cost almost nothing — and ECP could end up with an asset that requires little investment to run and generates significant revenues.

Ethical Capital Partners has promised it will be transparent about the leadership it puts in charge of the company but is still refusing to disclose who that will be.

“We have defended sex workers and we have seen the stigma,” ECP Partner Solomon Friedman said in a press release. “There is stigma and there is shame and that means there are discussions and debates happening in the absence of those who are most affected by it.”

But some financial types think ECP’s spin is strategic — and makes the acquisition seem like it’s helping and empowering women.

“Many institutions are not allowed to invest in “sin stocks” like tobacco. Playboy had the same issue with their initial IPO. It seems that they are trying to spin this company into one that sells porn to one that protects the safety of children and sex workers,” one financial insider told The Post.

The acquisition was announced just one day after Netflix premiered a documentary about the company, “Money Shot: The Pornhub Story.” After a New York Times article accused the site of hosting child porn, the company was sued by 34 women who said the PornHub profited from videos in which they were trafficked. Visa and Mastercard temporarily suspended payment services.

Rep. Matt Gaetz unlikely to face charges in sex trafficking probe: report

Republican Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz is not likely to face charges in a long-running investigation that alleges he sex-trafficked a 17-year-old across state lines, according to a new report.

Prosecutors have recommended against charging Gaetz in the sex-trafficking probe to senior Justice Department officials, The Washington Post reported Friday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

The prosecutors reportedly made the recommendation, in part, due to credibility questions with two central witnesses.

While senior DOJ officials have not made a final determination, it is rare for such advice to be dismissed — meaning the 40-year-old Gaetz is unlikely to face charges, the sources said.

The investigation into Gaetz, which started back in 2020, centers on the congressman’s alleged relationship with a 17-year-old girl and whether he paid for her to travel across state lines for sex several years earlier.

Gaetz has consistently denied the allegations and called the DOJ’s investigation bogus.

A federal grand jury in Orland heard testimony earlier this year from some of Gaetz’s associates, including an ex-girlfriend who was granted immunity ahead of her testifying.

The ex-girlfriend was among several women who allegedly traveled with Gaetz to the Bahamas in 2018. The underage girl at the center of the probe was also allegedly on the trip, according to reports.

While the girl was 18 at the time of the trip, officials were investigating whether she was underage when her alleged relationship with Gaetz began.

Her testimony is one of the two prosecutors flagged concerns about, according to the Washington Post’s report.

The other person’s testimony that prosecutors were concerned about is that of Joel Greenberg — an ex-tax collector and former friend of the congressman.

Greenberg is reportedly the person who allegedly introduced Gaetz to the then-17-year-old girl.

The investigation into Gaetz began after Greenberg was hit with a string of charges last year, including sex-trafficking a minor. Greenberg pleaded guilty to all of the charges in May 2021.

Both the Justice Department and a representative for Gaetz have not commented on the Washington Post’s report.
