Moto G Power 5G (2024) is expected to launch later this year as a successor to the Moto G Power 5G (2023). A MSPowerUser report has leaked the renders of the Moto G Power 5G (2024). In the renders, the phone is seen in a blue and a beige shade, likely to be marketed as Outer Space and Orchid Tint colourways, respectively. The report adds that the model will likely support 30W wired fast charging and feature a full-HD+ (1,200 x 1,600 pixels) display.

An earlier leak suggested that the Moto G Power 5G (2024) will sport a flat 6.7-inch screen and measure 167.3mm x 76.4mm x 8.5mm in size. The render shared in this leak shows the handset in a white/ silver colourway with a rectangular camera module on the top left corner of the back panel. It is seen with a dual rear camera unit alongside an LED flash unit.

The display on the Moto G Power 5G (2024) is seen with a centre-aligned hole-punch slot at the top, slim side bezels, and a slightly thicker chin. Moto G04 was launched in India on Thursday, February 15. The model was initially unveiled in January this year alongside the Moto G24, introduced in the country later that month. The Moto G04 smartphone is powered by a Unisoc chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of inbuilt storage. Moto G04 will be launched in India next week, the company revealed through its social media handle on Friday. A dedicated microsite on Flipkart is also teasing the arrival of the new Motorola G-series smartphone. The Moto G04 is confirmed to feature a 6.6-inch display with 90Hz refresh rate. The Flipkart microsite indicates the phone will run on Android 14 and sport a 6.6-inch display with 90Hz refresh rate. Moto G04 Likely to Launch in India Soon as Motorola Teases Arrival of New Model

Motorola has teased the launch of a new handset in India. The company is yet to announce a particular launch date, nor has it hinted at which model could be introduced. However, it is speculated to be the Moto G04, which was recently launched in select markets globally alongside the Moto G24. Notably, the Moto G24 has already been introduced in the Indian market as well, therefore, leaving Moto G04 as a strong contender to launch in the country next. 

Motorola India teased the launch of a new smartphone in the country. The teaser did not give away a lot about the launch other than what could possibly be the colour options of the upcoming handset — black, blue, green and orange. More details about the launch or the product could be revealed over the next few days since the caption of the post reads “stay tuned.” 

If it is indeed the Moto G04, then the purported Indian variant is likely to share similar specifications as the global variant. It may also be similarly priced. Moto G24 Power will be launched in India next week. The Chinese smartphone vendor has announced the arrival of a new Moto G series smartphone through its official social media handle. Motorola has also listed the Moto G24 Power on its India website revealing its design and specifications. It is confirmed to come in Glacier Blue and Ink Blue shades. The Moto G24 Power is teased to run on the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. Dual rear cameras, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a 6,000mAh battery are other key specifications of the handset. The Peach Fuzz colour variant of Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will go on sale in India with a special limited period pricing of Rs. 69,999 through Amazon, the company website, and leading retail stores. The flip-style foldable phone is also available in Infinite Black, Viva Magenta, and Glacier Blue shades as well.

Motorola Edge 40 Neo, on the other hand, will go on sale through Flipkart and Motorola India website with a price tag of Rs. 22,999 for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model is priced at Rs. 24,999. The new colour option will sit alongside the Black Beauty, Caneel Bay, and Soothing Sea variants that have already been available in India since the phone’s launch in September last year.

The launch of these smartphones in Pantone’s Colour of the Year 2024 option marks Motorola’s collaboration with Pantone.

Both Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and Motorola Edge 40 Neo run on Android 13. The former features a 6.9-inch full-HD+ foldable pOLED display with 165Hz refresh rate. It has a 3.6-inch (1,056×1,066 pixels) pOLED outer panel with 144Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo has a 6.55-inch full-HD+(1,080×2,400 pixels) poLED curved display with 144Hz refresh rate.

The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra features a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC under the hood, whereas the Edge 40 Neo is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7030 SoC. Both phones flaunt dual rear cameras. The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra houses a 3,800mAh battery with 30W wired fast charging and 5W wireless charging support. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo, on the other hand, has a 5,000mAh battery with 68W wired fast charging support.
