Moto Buds, Moto Buds+ With Dynamic ANC, Hi-Res Audio Launched: Price, Specifications

Moto Buds and Moto Buds+ were launched in Europe and other select markets across the world on Tuesday, April 16. The true wireless earphones support dynamic active noise cancellation (ANC) and feature triple mic systems. They also come with Hi-Res Audio certifications and sport water-repellant, not waterproof, designs. Both earphones are also compatible with the Moto Buds app. They are available in a wide range of colours. The company has yet to confirm the India launch of either or both the TWS earphone models.

The Moto Buds are priced in Europe at EUR 59 (roughly Rs. 5,200) and will be available for purchase in select markets over the next few weeks. The earphones are available in four colour options – Coral Peach, Glacier Blue, Kiwi Green and Starlight Blue.

Meanwhile, the Moto Buds+ are listed at EUR 149 (roughly Rs. 13,300) and are currently available for sale across select markets in Asia, Europe, Latin America, North America and Oceania region. These are offered in Beach Sand and Forest Grey colourways.

The Moto Buds and Moto Buds+ come with Dynamic ANC support and water-repellant design. The Moto Buds support up to 50dB ANC, while the Moto Buds+ come with up to 46dB ANC. Both earphones offer three preset modes of noise cancellation – Transparency, Adaptive, and Noise Cancellation. The first and last options, true to their name, suggest complete transparency and complete noise cancellation, whereas the Adaptive mode suggests partial noise cancellation.

They also carry Hi-Res Audio certification and triple mic systems with integrated environmental noise cancellation (ENC) support. The Moto Buds carry single 12.4mm dynamic drivers, whereas the Moto Buds+ get dual 11mm woofers and 6mm tweeters. The Moto Buds+ also come with the Dolby Head Tracking feature which adjusts audio based on head movements. Both earphones support Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and are compatible with the Moto Buds application.

With 90 minutes of charge of the storage case and ANC turned off, the Moto Buds offer a total playback time of up to 42 hours. Each Moto Buds earbud has a battery life of up to nine hours with ANC turned off. The Moto Buds+, on the other hand, offers a total battery life of up to 38 hours with the charging case. The charging case of this high-end model takes 60 minutes of wired or 110 minutes of wireless charging to be fully charged. Without ANC, each Moto Buds+ earbud offers up to eight hours of playtime.

Moto G64 5G India Launch Set for April 16; Key Specifications, Design, Colour Options Revealed

Moto G64 5G will be introduced in India soon. The company has announced the launch date of the handset and revealed its design and colour options. Some key features of the upcoming model have also been confirmed including the processor, battery and camera as well as RAM and storage configurations. The phone is said to succeed the Moto G54 5G, which was unveiled in September 2023 with a MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC and a 6,000mAh battery with 33W wired fast charging support.

Motorola India announced in a post on X (formerly Twitter), that the Moto G64 5G will launch in India on April 16 at 12pm IST. It is also confirmed to be available for sale via Flipkart, Motorola India website, and select retail stores across the country. A Flipkart microsite for the phone has gone live revealing the details of the upcoming model including design, colour options, and RAM and storage configurations.

The Moto G64 5G is teased in three colour options – blue, green, and purple. The model is seen with a similar design to its preceding model, the Moto G54 5G. It has a rectangular camera module in the top left corner of the back panel housing two camera sensors alongside an LED flash unit. The split volume keys and the power button appear on the right edge of the handset.

It is confirmed to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7025 SoC, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. The Moto G64 5G will be available in two configurations – 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. Notably, the RAM can be virtually expanded up to an additional 12GB up to 24GB. The handset will ship with Android 14-based MyUX. It will feature a 6.5-inch full-HD+ display with a 240Hz touch sampling rate and Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

For optics, the Moto G64 5G will carry a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) support alongside an 8-megapixel macro shooter. The front camera will sport a 16-megapixel sensor that’s housed inside centred hole-punch slot at the top of the display.

The Moto G64 5G will carry a 6,000mAh battery with 33W wired fast charging support. The phone will also come with an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance. It is confirmed to measure 8.89mm in thickness and weigh 192g.

Motorola to Launch Something New in India on April 3; Could be the Motorola Edge 50 Pro

Motorola may launch a new phone in India soon. The company has teased a launch event in the country but has not revealed any further details. Speculations suggest that we may see the unveiling of the purported Motorola Edge 50 Pro. This model, however, has yet to be officially announced. Notably, the company recently launched two new smartphones in the US – the Moto G Power 5G (2024) and the Moto G 5G (2024). The India launch of these models has not yet been confirmed.

In a press note with a ‘Save The Date’ header, Motorola India announced the event for April 3 where we will “witness the fusion of art and intelligence”. The event is set to take place in New Delhi. The note did not reveal any more details but it is expected to be a new phone launch. The company noted that “more details and formal invitation” would follow soon. 

The upcoming launch is speculated to be the Motorola Edge 50 Pro. The teaser from the company highlights the “art” and “intelligence” in bold letters. It can be assumed that the intended device is expected to include many features backed by artificial intelligence (AI). Motorola recently teased the upcoming launch of the Moto X50 Ultra in China as the “AI Mobile Phone.” That model is expected to launch outside China as the Motorola Edge 50 Pro. 

Details about the Motorola Edge 50 Pro have recently been leaked including its design and colour options. The phone is expected to launch in black, purple, and white colour options, with the white option flaunting a stone-like pattern. The variants were seen with triple rear camera units and faux leather finishes. Notably, in the leaked renders, the phone had the date of April 3 on the lock screen. It was therefore speculated that the model may launch on that very day.

The Motorola Edge 50 Pro is tipped to launch in the US as the Motorola Edge+ (2024). It is said to come with a curved 6.7-inch display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a 50-megapixel triple rear camera unit which is also likely to include a 13mm wide-angle camera and a 73mm telephoto shooter with up to 6x zoom. The handset could be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with 12GB of RAM. It is tipped to pack a 4,500mAh battery with support for 125W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.

Moto X50 Ultra Teaser Hints at Design, F1 Inspiration; Tipped to Launch Globally as Motorola Edge 50 Pro

Moto X50 Ultra may be unveiled soon as the phone has recently been teased officially. The company teaser hinted at the phone’s design, which is likely to be different from the appearance of earlier models. There is not much known about the handset at the moment, but it has been tipped to be launched globally with slight changes and a different moniker. It is expected to come with upgrades over the last Moto X-series model, the Moto X40, which was unveiled in December 2023.

In the teaser video shared by Motorola in a Weibo post, the upcoming Moto X50 Ultra is shown juxtaposed with Formula 1 clips, hinting at the racing event serving as an inspiration, possibly design-wise. The company has also touted the phone to be an “AI Mobile Phone” (translated from Chinese). We can therefore expect it to be filled with AI-backed features. The company has not yet confirmed the launch timeline or any other details about the phone. Notably, the Moto X40 lineup did not have a Moto X40 Pro or Moto X40 Ulta model.

The Moto X50 Ultra is expected to launch globally, with a few modifications, as the Motorola Edge 50 Pro, a Sparrow News report states. It may carry a 4,500mAh battery with support for 125W wired and 50W wireless charging. A GSMArena report, however, notes that the Motorola Edge 50 Pro is likely to be a rebrand of a vanilla Moto X50 model, if at all there is any. Readers should take these assumptions with a pinch of salt since they are speculative.

Moto G Power 5G (2024) Design Renders, Colour Options Leaked: Check Here

Moto G Power 5G (2024) is expected to launch later this year as a successor to the Moto G Power 5G (2023). The latter was unveiled in April 2023 with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 930 SoC and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W wired charging. While an earlier leak had already suggested the design render of the purported handset and its dimensions including the display size, there’s now a new leak. The new renders show the colour options of the awaited smartphone. 

A MSPowerUser report has leaked the renders of the Moto G Power 5G (2024). In the renders, the phone is seen in a blue and a beige shade, likely to be marketed as Outer Space and Orchid Tint colourways, respectively. The report adds that the model will likely support 30W wired fast charging and feature a full-HD+ (1,200 x 1,600 pixels) display.

An earlier leak suggested that the Moto G Power 5G (2024) will sport a flat 6.7-inch screen and measure 167.3mm x 76.4mm x 8.5mm in size. The render shared in this leak shows the handset in a white/ silver colourway with a rectangular camera module on the top left corner of the back panel. It is seen with a dual rear camera unit alongside an LED flash unit.

The display on the Moto G Power 5G (2024) is seen with a centre-aligned hole-punch slot at the top, slim side bezels, and a slightly thicker chin. Moto G04 was launched in India on Thursday, February 15. The model was initially unveiled in January this year alongside the Moto G24, introduced in the country later that month. Moto G Stylus (2024) Renders, Key Specifications Leaked; Could Get 50-Megapixel Rear Camera

Moto G Stylus (2024) is expected to launch later this year. It is said to succeed the Moto G Stylus 5G (2023), that was equipped with a 4nm octa-core Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, a 50-megapixel dual camera unit, and a 5,000mAh battery with 20W wired fast charging support. The launch timeline of the Moto G Stylus (2024) hasn’t been revealed yet, however, design renders of the handset have now leaked online. A leak also includes some key specifications of the handset.

A Smartmania report shared design renders of the Moto G Stylus (2024) in collaboration with tipster Onleaks. The report also includes a 360-degree video showing the handset from all angles. It is seen sporting a flat screen with slim bezels and a centred hole-punch slot at the top. A slot on the lower right side appears to house the integrated stylus, while the bottom edge is seen with a 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C port.

Moto G34 5G Price in India, RAM Options Tipped Ahead of January 9 Launch

Moto G34 5G is confirmed to launch in India on January 9. It was unveiled in China in December 2023. The Indian variant of the model has already been confirmed to be available via Flipkart and the company website. The company also recently revealed the colour options for the Indian variant. An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset will power the handset and it’ll house a 5,000mAh battery with fast charging support. The Moto G34 5G will carry a dual rear camera system and offer an IP52 rating.

According to a 91Mobiles report, the Moto G34 5G will be priced in India at Rs. 10,999 for a 4GB + 128GB option. The report added that the phone will also be available in an 8GB + 128GB variant, the price of which will be higher, but did not state an exact price point.

The Indian variant of the Moto G34 5G is already confirmed to be offered in India in Charcoal Black, Ice Blue, and Ocean Green colour options. The back panel of the green variant will come with a vegan leather finish. The phone will be available for purchase in the country via the company’s website and Flipkart.

The handset will launch with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. It is also confirmed to ship with an Android 14-based operating system.

For optics, the dual rear camera system of the Moto G34 5G will include a 50-megapixel quad-pixel primary sensor with Google Auto Enhance support and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The front camera of the handset will carry a 16-megapixel sensor. 

The Indian variant of the Moto G34 5G will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 18W wired fast charging support. For security, the handset will have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The phone will also come with dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. It has an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance.
