Giannis and Antetokounmpo brothers invest in Greek wine companies
Two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and his basketball family are making moves off the court by investing in Greece’s rich winemaking heritage.
According to Greek City Times, the Antetokounmpo brothers, including Giannis, Kostas, Thanasis, and Alex, have recently revealed their investment in two iconic Greek wine companies: Hellenic Wineries and Boutari Winery.
Both wineries boast over a century of history, and the Antetokounmpo brothers are set to become ten percent shareholders.
In a joint statement, the Antetokounmpo brothers expressed their aspirations, stating, “Our goal is to introduce Greece’s exceptional wine products to enthusiasts worldwide, contributing to economic growth and fostering cultural exchanges.”
