After a season in Taiwan with the Taoyuan Leopards, Dwight Howard is eyeing an NBA return. The 37-year-old center is confident that he can be a valuable asset to any team.
“I know I can provide a team with 25 minutes of dominant basketball,” Howard said, via Zion Olojede of Complex. And that’s not even scoring, that’s just playing defense, locking people up, protecting the paint, rebounding, and finishing around the basket. I’ve had my fun in the game. I just want to go out like a champ like I’m supposed to.”
Howard averaged 6.2 points and 5.9 rebounds in 16.2 minutes per game during the 2021-22 season for the Lakers.
