A judge won’t order Britney Spears to give away a piece of her income in future spousal support.

After the pop star and ex Sam Asghari finalized their divorce, the judgment revealed more details about the breakup—including that the court will not order spousal support from either Britney or Sam.

The pair is instead dividing up their property based on a private settlement agreement. According to legal documents obtained by E! News, the former couple have “entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support.”

Their divorce docs reveal that the couple officially separated on July 30, 2023, and Sam filed for divorce about two weeks later. 

“Irreconcilable differences have arisen between the parties that have led to the irremediable breakdown of the marriage, making it impossible for the parties to live together as husband and wife,” reads the May 2 paperwork, noting that both the singer and fitness mogul “acknowledge that their marital relationship cannot be restored or reestablished at this time.”

Tiffany Haddish found Henry Cavill a little less than super.

The Barden Bellas may be back for round four.

Rebel Wilson has shared an aca-amazing update on the future of the Pitch Perfect movie franchise, more than six years after the release of the third film in the musical series.

“Hopefully there’s a fourth one in the works,” the 44-year-old, who plays acapella singer Patricia “Fat Amy” Hobart in the franchise said in a BBC Radio 2 interview released April 30. “There is one being developed. I know we’re older now, so I don’t know exactly what the storyline’s going to be.”

Rebel continued, “I guess they’ve got to get the script right first, which is the age-old dilemma.”

The actress, who starred in all three Pitch Perfect films between 2012 and 2017, looks back fondly at her experience shooting the movies, which also star Anna Kendrick, Brittany Snow and Anna Camp.

“I absolutely loved making those movies,” Rebel said. “We’re all still friends, all of us girls. They’re just so joyful.”

The 2023 Miss Universe winner R’Bonney Gabriel announced the exciting change during New York Fashion Week.

“What I love about Miss Universe is that they are always out first in line,” she told WWD in an interview published Sept. 12, “looking for ways they can be more inclusive and better live up to the platform that they’ve designed for us.”

Britney Spears is speaking out after reports of an alleged altercation at a hotel. 

Multiple outlets reported May 2 that the pop star and her rumored boyfriend Paul Soliz allegedly got into a fight at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood the night of May 1, publishing photos of the pair at the hotel. 

However, Britney clarified on Instagram May 2 that she twisted her ankle “and paramedics showed up at my door illegally.”

“They never came in my room,” she noted, “but I felt completely harassed.”

Britney—who wrote that she’s moving to Boston—further called out the “fake” news over the alleged incident.

“I would like respect at this time for people to understand I am getting stronger everyday !!!” the 42-year-old wrote. “Truth sucks so can someone teach me how to lie ??? Goddesses out there, I’m reaching my higher power and furthermore, I hope you guys are too !!!”

Reports surfaced after the Los Angeles Fire Department received a 911 call around 12:42 a.m. over a request to help an injured woman, as an LAFD spokesperson told Entertainment Tonight. A paramedic ambulance arrived to the scene, but the spokesperson said it’s not clear if the officials met with or offered assistance to anyone. The ambulance left at 1:17 a.m. without taking anyone to the hospital.

The 13 Reasons Why star revealed that she and wife Elise eloped while they were visiting Los Angeles in 2023, and chose to keep the marriage private until they were ready to share it with the world.

Tommy and Elise met on Hinge in 2021 when the 31-year-old had moved back to New York after years of living in Los Angeles. And while she wasn’t looking for anything serious as she’d recently gone through a divorce from ex Peter Zurkuhlen, Tommy and Elise knew they had something special.

“The first few months of our relationship set the tone for how we would eventually get married,” Tommy wrote in a Vogue essay published May 2. “We got engaged two months into dating.”

What is the best order to apply skincare products?

Before Dr. Idriss lays out the foundation, she says you’ll want to create different routines for the daytime and nighttime.

“For the morning,” she shared, “your skincare routine should be simple, yet effective to get you out the door. After washing your face with just water, use a serum that tackles your skin’s biggest issue. For example, if it’s pigmentation, go for a brightening serum. Next, use a moisturizer that’s ideal for your skin type and environment. And last, always, always wear the damn sunscreen.”

And although you’ll incorporate similar steps in the evening, this is where you can be a lot more intentional.

“At night, start off with a cleanser to wash away all the makeup, sunscreen and grime from the day,” Dr. Idriss advised. “A few nights a week, incorporate an exfoliating acid product, like an AHA mask or BHA toner (depending on your skin type). Then, follow up with an eye cream.”

And if you’re skeptical about eye creams, Dr. Idriss has a solution.

“Your targeted serum can double-up as an eye cream,” she explained. “For example, using a brightening serum under your eyes to tackle dark circles. Next, use your targeted serum(s). And finally, finish with a moisturizer.”
