Watch George Kittle’s insane circus catch from all angles (Video)

San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle’s ridiculous circus catch against the Cowboys gets better and better with every angle.

George Kittle is one of the most entertaining players in the NFL. He left no doubt about that on Sunday as the 49ers took on the Cowboys in the NFC Divisional Round.

In the third quarter, with the game locked at nine points apiece, Kittle delivered a jaw-dropping catch that’ll go down as one of his best.

Kittle juggled the ball over the middle of the field, finally pulling it in with just enough time to avoid a defender to complete the catch.

The basic broadcast angle was perfect breathless drama.

The close-up angle added even more flair thanks to Kittle’s reaction after the play.

Kittle’s catch took the 49ers 30 yards and across midfield. Later in the drive, he drew a penalty to convert a third down, setting up a Christian McCaffrey touchdown run to make it 16-9.

The Cowboys had a hard time dealing with Kittle, who was Brock Purdy’s best friend for much of the night. He led the 49ers with four catches for 79 yards midway through the fourth quarter.

While Kittle had his moments, defense set the tone for most of the game on both sides. San Francisco settled for three field goals in the first half. McCaffrey’s effort was their first trip into the endzone. The Cowboys managed just one touchdown in the first half, and missed the extra point, settling for a couple of field goals of their own in the second half.

Kittle had a career-high 11 touchdowns during the 2022 season with 765 yards on 60 catches. He picked up his fourth Pro Bowl nod while making the AP All-Pro second team.
