On Tuesday night, the San Antonio Spurs and Phoenix Suns fully embraced the Halloween spirit at Footprint Center.
Victor Wembanyama, San Antonio’s first overall pick in June’s draft, stole the spotlight with a chilling Slender Man costume. This horrifying character, born from a 2009 internet meme, made its way into a 2018 film.
Wembanyama’s entrance into the game against Kevin Durant and the Suns was a perfectly fitting portrayal of the French big man in the spooky attire.
