Honor Choice Watch With 1.95-Inch AMOLED Screen, Up to 12 Days of Battery Life Launched in India

Honor Choice Watch was launched in India on February 15 alongside the Honor X9b 5G and Honor Choice X5 TWS earphones. The smartwatch comes with a rectangular AMOLED display, a metallic body and interchangeable silicone straps. It is offered in two colour options and supports more than 120 sports modes and over 100 watch faces. The Choice Watch also supports magnetic charging and Honor claims that the smart offers of up to 12 days of battery life. 

Honor Choice Watch price in India, availability

Offered in Black and White colour options, the Honor Choice Watch is priced in India at Rs. 6,499. With an initial launch offer of Rs. 500 discount, it can be bought at an effective price of Rs. 5,999.

The watch will be available for purchase in the country via Amazon starting on February 24 at 12pm IST. It will also be available in mainland stores and the official explorehonor.com website.

Honor Choice Watch specifications, features

The Honor Choice Watch has a 1.95-inch AMOLED display with a 410 x 502 resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 550 nits of peak brightness, 332ppi pixel density and 75 percent screen-to-body ratio. It supports eight pre-installed and 21 dynamic always-on watch faces alongside over 100 normal watch faces.

Alongside more than 120 sports modes, the Honor Choice Watch is equipped with blood oxygen or SpO2, heart rate, and sleep trackers. It also offers support for menstrual health tracking and stress monitoring. The data from all these trackers can be synchronised with the Honor Health application.

The Honor Choice Watch also supports Bluetooth calling with Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and also offers one-click SOS calling. The watch also has an inbuilt GNSS satellite positioning chipset which extends support for GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, and QZSS. 

With 5ATM water resistance, the Honor Choice Watch sports a metallic body and comes with interchangeable silicone straps. It weighs 45g and measures 10.2mm in thickness. Honor packs a 300mAh battery into the watch which is claimed to offer a battery life of up to 12 days even with seven hours of sleep monitoring every night.

Honor Choice X5 earbuds and Honor Choice Watch are all set to go official in India next week alongside the Honor X9b smartphone. The new earbuds are teased to come with an in-ear design and IP54 rating for dust and water resistance. The wearable, on the other hand, will feature a 1.95-inch AMOLED display and is claimed to deliver up to 12 days of battery life on a single charge. The Honor Choice X5 and Honor Choice Watch are confirmed to go on sale via Amazon.

Honor through a media invite on Monday confirmed that Honor Choice Earbuds X5 and Honor Choice Watch will be unveiled on February 15 in India. The Honor X9b will also make its debut in the country on the same day. The Honor Choice X5 and Honor Choice Watch are confirmed to go official via Amazon. Honor says it aims to deliver extra to consumers across categories with the ‘X’ series launch. The e-commerce website has also listed the upcoming earbuds and smartwatch offering a glimpse of their design and specifications.

The Honor Choice X5 earbuds have an ergonomic in-ear design and 30dB Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) support. They are claimed to deliver up to 35 hours of battery life on a single charge. The earbuds will also support the Honor AI Space feature, allowing smart switching between two devices.

The Honor Choice Watch is teased to carry an inbuilt Honor health app. It has a 1.95-inch square-shaped AMOLED thin display with inbuilt GPS and built-in GPS. The wearable will offer one-click SOS calling and it is claimed to deliver up to 12 days of battery life on a single charge. It will offer 120 workout models and 5ATM water resistance.

The Honor 9Xb is already available in select global markets. The Indian variant is also expected to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM. It could retain the 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,200 x 2,652 pixels) AMOLED screen and 108-megapixel triple rear camera setup. It is likely to get the 5,800mAh battery with support for 35W wired fast charging.

Honor Choice Watch May Launch in India Alongside Honor X9b; Tipped to Feature Dedicated SOS Call Button

Honor Choice Watch is expected to launch in India soon. In January, HonorTech CEO Madhav Sheth had teased the smartwatch but did not announce a launch date. A tipster now claims that it will launch in the country alongside the Honor X9b, which is confirmed to launch on February 15. The upcoming smart wearable is tipped to be a remodelled version of the Honor Choice Haylou Watch that has been unveiled in select markets. If true, the Honor Choice Watch is likely to share similar specifications as the Haylou Watch model.

Tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings) claimed in a post on X that the Honor Choice Watch will be unveiled in India alongside the Honor X9b on February 15. He also claimed that the smartwatch will likely feature a dedicated SOS call button, becoming the first of its kind in the country. It is also tipped to be compatible with the Honor Heath app.

In January, the company’s India head shared an unboxing for the Honor Choice Watch. In the video, the watch is seen in a white colour option. It has been speculated to be a remodelled version of the Honor Choice Haylou Watch.

The Honor Choice Haylou Watch, as per its Malaysian listing, carries a 1.95-inch AMOLED display with 410 x 502 pixels resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. It supports magnetic charging and has a 5ATM rating. Backed by a 300mAh battery, it is claimed to offer a battery life of up to 12 days. It is offered in Black and White colourways. The design seen here is similar to the one we see in the aforementioned teaser of the Honor Choice Watch. 

Notably, Madhav Sheth has also previously shared a similar teaser for the Honor Choice Earbuds X5. The earbuds, along with its case, are seen in a white colour option. These TWS earphones are currently available in select markets and have previously been tipped to launch in India alongside the Honor X9b, as well.
