Steve Clifford thought Hornets ended preseason with an unacceptable level of physicality
Charlotte Hornets head coach Steve Clifford talked to reporters about the team’s lack of physicality after Thursday’s 127-99 preseason home loss vs. the Boston Celtics.

“If we’re going to be the team I think we can be, we have to dominate the glass. We rebounded well in Miami. We rebounded really well in Washington. We were really soft the other night against Oklahoma City. And tonight, that’s just not an acceptable level of physicality for a team that wants to play well, just not going to be able to do it.”
