Following their overtime loss to the Thunder, Curry expressed a sense of urgency to break the unfavorable streak. He highlighted the importance of rectifying the situation promptly to prevent the development of a losing mentality within the team.
“There’s urgency for sure,” the four-time NBA champion said after the game, via Anthony Slater of The Athletic. “Any time you’re at this many in a row, it’s a problem you gotta fix. You don’t want to develop a losing mentality at any stretch of the season. That’s a stink in the locker room you don’t want to have.”
