Lakers vs. Warriors preview for Thursday
On Thursday the Lakers will host the Warriors for their third regular season game. The two California teams exchanged wins in their first two games this season.
The new-look Los Angeles team that has added D’Angelo Russell, Malik Beasley and Jarred Vanderbilt, among others, before the trade deadline has played two game so far, losing against the Trail Blazers and defeating the Pelicans.
Over the last ten games the Lakers are 4-6 and are currently sitting in the thirteenth place in the Western Conference.
Golden State has had a similar win-loss record in their last 10 games, wining 5 times and losing 5 times. The Dubs are still without Steph Curry.
Ahead of tonight’s game, the Lakers are considered favorites amongst bookmakers, with NBA lines site Betway pricing them at -167 to beat the Warriors. The NBA odds for Golden State to win this game are at +175.
