The Los Angeles Lakers have initiated waivers on guard Quinndary Weatherspoon, barely a day after his recent signing with the team, as confirmed by Jovan Buha on Twitter.
The Lakers have requested waivers on guard Quinndary Weatherspoon, the team announced. Weatherspoon was originally signed on Oct. 19.

Weatherspoon, a 27-year-old shooting guard and the No. 49 draft pick in 2019, joined the Lakers on October 19.
He spent last season with the Tianjin Pioneers in the Chinese Basketball Association.
