Justin Timberlake Released From Custody After DWI Arrest

Justin Timberlake is heading home after his arrest. 

After the 43-year-old was taken into custody in Long Island June 17 and held overnight, Justin was spotted leaving a Sag Harbor courtroom June 18 a free man. 

As he exited the courthouse, the “Mirrors” singer wore jeans, a gray graphic T-shirt and a short sleeve black cardigan, along with a black baseball hat, white Nike shoes and shades. During his arraignment, Justin was charged with one count of driving while intoxicated, according to ABC, and released without bail. 

A source close to the situation told E! News that Justin “was at dinner with friends” on the evening of June 17 in the Sag Harbor neighborhood of Long Island, New York, just ahead of his arrest. 

“As he left the restaurant, there was a patrol car seemingly stationed near the restaurant,” the insider noted. “He was stopped and, was arrested. Nobody was hurt.”
