Jason Kidd: Jamal Crawford should be a Hall of Famer

Jason Kidd, head coach of the Dallas Mavericks and a former NBA standout, has added his voice to the growing chorus of supporters for Jamal Crawford’s induction into the Hall of Fame.

In an interview with Landon Buford, Kidd declared, “When talked about Jamal Crawford and the career that he’s had, they should name the Sixth Man of The Year Award after him, and also he should be a Hall of Famer.”

Crawford, who officially retired in 2021, boasts an impressive resume, including three NBA Sixth Man of the Year Awards.

Over his 20-year career, Crawford averaged 14.6 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 3.4 assists in 29.4 minutes per game across 1,327 appearances.

With advocates like Kidd in his corner, Crawford’s path to the Hall of Fame appears to be gaining momentum. Recently Pacers center Miles Turner made a similar comment.
