James Worthy on Lakers: “It’s a struggle”
In a challenging bout, D’Angelo Russell showcased his offensive prowess, scoring a season-high 39 points and adding eight assists for the Los Angeles Lakers (19-21), but it wasn’t sufficient as they fell to the Utah Jazz (21-20) with a final score of 132-123.
Contributing to the Lakers’ efforts, Austin Reaves managed 19 points before fouling out, and Rui Hachimura added 17 to the scoreboard.
Despite Anthony Davis recording a triple-double with 15 points, 15 rebounds, and 11 assists, the absence of LeBron James due to a left ankle injury was strongly felt.
