Former Packers teammate reveals Aaron Rodgers is a conspiracy-peddling veteran

Former Green Bay Packers quarterback DeShone Kizer recently revealed how Aaron Rodgers implored him to research the biggest conspiracies out there. 

Ever since Aaron Rodgers has come out against COVID-19 vaccine mandates, he has fancied himself a philosopher of the people.

Rodgers made it clear then that he subscribed to a variety of controversial conspiracies surrounding appropriate methods to combatting COVID-19, but it seems that Rodgers’ interest in unpopular opinions began long before then.

In a recent interview, former Packers backup quarterback DeShone Kizer went into detail about how Rodgers welcomed Kizer to his new home in Green Bay — by asking him if he “believes in 9/11.”

“The first thing that comes out of Aaron Rodgers’ mouth is, ‘Do you believe in 9/11?’” Kizer explained during an interview with Adam Breneman. “‘Yeah, I believe in 9/11. Why?’ He was like, ‘You should read up on that.’ Now we start learning about the playbook and stuff, and I’m like, ‘Wow, I don’t know where this is going.’”

Long before Rodgers and Joe Rogan began swapping vaccine replacement recipes, it seems that Rodgers was encouraging the quarterback room to think outside the box. While Rodgers has recently shared his favorite reading with a wide audience through his Aaron Rodgers Book Club segment with Pat McAfee, Rodgers’ reading recommendations date back before his vaccine research and ayahuasca insights. Kizer joined the Packers in 2018, where he remained for one season. During that time, Kizer and Rodgers bonded over great books about history and finance, not to mention conspiracies about Hollow Earth, reptile people and a fake moon landing.

“What it ended up being was a real thought experiment where he wanted me to go back and look into some of the conspiracies around [9/11] and provoke a lot of great conversation,” Kizer said. “And we bonded over that, and we shared a lot of great books, and got into other things like history, business and finance.”

When Breneman prompted Kizer to expand on their conspiracy theory research, Kizer came up with some of the Internet’s favorites.

“Inner Earth. Moon landing. Reptile people,” Kizer listed as Breneman laughed.

“Y’all are laughing… go do your research,” Kizer lectured. “Go do your research. He might have to take you guys to Agartha, I’m telling you.”

For those unfamiliar with the Hollow Earth theory, Agartha is a “legendary city at the Earth’s core.”

After all these years, it seems that Rodgers is taking the Packers to Agartha as the Packers plunge deep in NFC standings with a 4-8 record. Rodgers may have been Flat Earth good last year, but he’s not Hollow Earth good in 2022.
