Panathinaikos Athens head coach Ergin Ataman wasn’t pleased despite the recent win against Maroussi in the Greek League.
After the game, the PAO players had a tough schedule, including a 4.5-hour video review and a 2-hour practice the next day, spending a total of about 8 hours at OAKA on Tuesday.
Discussing the situation on Wednesday, just a day before their EuroLeague Round 2 game against FC Bayern Munich at home, Ataman explained the lengthy video review, saying:
“We spent 4 hours in the video review room. Maybe next week we will do 7 hours. We are working, we are a new team, and honestly, in those 4 hours, we were not only looking at Bayern.
“We analyzed our mistakes and saw what we did right. It was like an early season lesson in a classroom to check ourselves. It had nothing to do with Bayern.”
