Jarrett Allen has been mentioned in trade rumors this summer, but the Cleveland Cavaliers are reluctant to trade him. One reason is that star guard Donovan Mitchell values Allen as a teammate and doesn’t want to lose him.
Cleveland plans to offer Mitchell a four-year max extension this offseason, and part of the discussions may include Allen’s long-term fit on the team.
