Derrick Rose: “This is probably the worst you see me play”
Derrick Rose came off the bench and scored 13 points in 16 minutes as the Knicks won comfortably against the Pistons (130-106).
This was a much better performance by the former NBA MVP who scored 4 points in 12 minutes of play in the season opener against the Grizzlies.
The 34-year-old point guard says he is trying not to be too aggressive and is sure that this stretch will end.

“This too shall pass. This is probably the worst you see me play,” Rose said after logging 16 minutes in Friday’s win. “I don’t play pickup. I’m feeling out the games, trying not to mess up the game by being out there and being too aggressive. Just feeling out who’s out there and who is with me.”
This season Rose is averaging 8.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 4 assists in 14 minutes per game for New York.
