Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry ran for a touchdown, and also threw a touchdown pass at the expense of the Green Bay Packers.

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry can do a ton of damage to opposing defenses. He can run the ball up the middle and stiff arm defenders to the field, in addition to catching passes out of the backfield. As Henry has shown in the past, he can also throw touchdown passes.

On Thursday Night Football against the Green Bay Packers, the Titans found themselves three yards out of the end zone. On second-and-goal, quarterback Ryan Tannehill faked a pass. In reality, he handed the ball off to Henry, who ran to the line of scrimmage and threw a jump pass to tight end Austin Hooper for the touchdown.

The Titans extended their lead to 20-9.

Twitter users reacted to the trick play, and stressed how Henry throwing touchdowns in addition to running for touchdowns, is unfair.

For those wondering when the last time Henry threw a touchdown pass that happened back on Oct. 24, 2021 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Henry played a role in getting the Titans that deep into Packers territory. On that very drive, he caught a pass from Tannehill and ran up the middle of Lambeau Field for a huge 42-yard gain.

Back in the second quarter, Henry ran for a four-yard touchdown to give Tennessee a 14-6 lead.

Entering the game, Henry ran for 923 yards and nine touchdowns on 202 targets, and caught 16-of-21 targets for 154 yards.

Some Titans fans will call Henry the team’s QB1 after that impressive trick play.
