Dereck Lively II focused on being coachable and winning games
Dallas Mavericks rookie center Dereck Lively II revealed his individual goals at 2023 Media Day.
(via Dallas Mavericks):
Reporter: “What personal goals have you set for yourself this season?”
Lively: “I just want to be the most coachable player out there on the floor. I want to learn. I want to get better. I want to win games. I’m not going to go out there chasing an award, I’m not going to go out there chasing a title; I’m going to go out there chasing wins. And the wins is going to get me those titles.”
