Darko Rajakovic: “Basketball has become a global sport”
Darko Rajakovic, who has been working in the USA since 2012 when he was an assistant in Tulsa, will lead the Toronto Raptors in the NBA as the head coach.
“I couldn’t imagine it, because at that time there were no such examples, so it didn’t seem like something possible, but things have changed over the years,” Rajakovic said.
“Basketball has become a global sport, so after 27 years from the beginning of coaching, I got the opportunity to work as a coach in the Toronto Raptors.”
