Cavaliers triumph over Warriors in intense showdown

In a testy matchup, the Cleveland Cavaliers (4-5) demonstrated resilience, securing a 118-110 victory against the Golden State Warriors (6-4).

Donovan Mitchell’s stellar performance, finishing with 21 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and two steals, led the Cavaliers past the Warriors.

The game took a heated turn when Draymond Green was ejected for pushing Mitchell, contributing to a tense on-court exchange.

Stephen Curry’s 30-point effort couldn’t save the Warriors, who lost Green in the third quarter.

Caris LeVert’s 22 points, Darius Garland’s 19 points, and Evan Mobley’s 19 points highlighted the Cavaliers’ balanced performance.

Cleveland’s win marked its first on the Warriors’ home floor since 2014 and a series sweep since 2008-09.
