Ruby Franke‘s husband is moving forward with their legal separation.

Kevin Franke filed for divorce from the parent vlogger amid her child abuse case in Utah, according to a domestic relations injunction obtained by NBC News.

While the outlet notes divorce records are kept private in the state, both spouses—who made videos on the 8 Passengers YouTube channel—are prohibited from harassing each other and disparaging the other in front of their kids, per the filing. 

But their breakup isn’t new: In September, Kevin’s lawyer Randy Kester said the couple had been living apart for over a year. 

He also defended Kevin’s parenting, calling him a “good person” while speaking on Good Morning America.

“He’s a very gentle guy,” the attorney said. “And no one has ever made any allegations that he’s physically abused those kids or anyone else.”

E! News has reached out to lawyers for Ruby and Kevin for comment on the divorce filing but hasn’t heard back.

The holidays are all that for Nick Cannon.

Case in point: The Masked Singer host kicked off the festive season with a glitzy Christmas photo shoot with Brittany Bell and their three kids Golden “Sagon,“ 6, Powerful Queen, 2, and Rise Messiah, 14 months. Decked out in gold outfits, the family happily posed in front of a massive Christmas tree in pictures taken by photographer Amber Rain.

One image showed Nick rocking matching suit jackets with Sagon while standing back-to-back. In another snapshot, the Nickelodeon alum and Brittany held Powerful and Rise in their arms.

“The Holidays are here!!” Nick, 43, wrote on Instagram Nov. 30, as Brittany, 36, captioned a family portrait on her page, “Welp—I call them THE WILD WILD BEST. You roll with the moments.”

The model added in another post featuring herself and Powerful, “When your mama has walked the Miss USA and Miss Universe stages, it’s only right that we properly twirl in our gown like true beauty queens.”

Bey—who also shares 6-year-old twins Rumi and Sir with Jay—added that her 2019 track “My Power” is the “perfect song” for Blue to dance to onstage.

“That’s my bloodline,” she said, referencing a lyric from the tune. “Blue comes up fighting against all of the negativity that was put on her simply because she was our kid. She was ready to take back her power.”

It’s a sentiment shared by Jay-Z, who got “goosebumps” seeing his daughter perform.

“Because Blue’s been born into this world, she’s been born into a life she didn’t ask for,” the rapper told CBS Mornings in October. “So, for her to be on that stage and reclaim her power, and the song is called ‘My Power,’ and it’s just—you can’t write a better script.”

Jeannie Mai just hinted at what may be the real reason for her divorce. 

The Real co-host seemingly suggested that estranged husband Jeezy was unfaithful to her, writing in her response to his September divorce filing that the court “should enforce” a section of their prenuptial agreement “regarding infidelity.” 

According to Mai’s Nov. 30 legal filing obtained by E! News, she said their agreement “provides, in pertinent part, that in the event that either party engages in sexual relations, an emotional relationship, or is emotionally or sexually suggestive in communication with a third party,” there will be financial consequences in an eventual split.

In fact, such behavior “shall result in a significant financial penalty upon the adulterous party as specified in said Prenuptial Agreement,” per the document.

It also spelled out what was deemed unsuitable communication, noting that texting, sexting, Facetiming, social media posts or direct messages could count as violating their infidelity policy.

However, Mai did not describe any specific allegations of infidelity in her legal filing, which stated that their marriage is “irretrievably broken.”

“You are absolutely everything,” Macaulay told his fiancée as she sat in the crowd with their sons Dakota, 2, and a baby boy whose name has not been publicly revealed. “You’re my champion. You’re the only person happier for me today than I am. You’re not only the best woman I’ve ever know, you’re the best person I’ve ever known.”

Choking up, the 43-year-old continued, “You’ve given me all my purpose. You’ve given me family.”

As Brenda wiped a tear from her own eyes, Macaulay ended his speech on a lighthearted note and joked to the Dollface actress, “After the birth of our two boys, you’ve become one of my three favorite people.”

Macaulay Culkin‘s onscreen mom Catherine O’Hara had a front row ticket when the Home Alone actor got his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Dec. 1. O’Hara—who played Kevin McCallister’s mom Kate in the 1990 classic and 1992 sequel—attended the ceremony to celebrate who she called “dearest” Culkin and his accomplishment. 

“Home Alone was, is and always will be a beloved global sensation,” she said from the stage. “The reason families all over the world can’t let a year go by without watching and loving Home Alone together is because of Macaulay Culkin.”

The Schitt’s Creek alum said the now-43-year-old delivered a “perfect performance” as the young boy whose family accidentally leaves him at home in Chicago when they fly to Paris for a Christmas vacation. 

“I know you worked really hard, but you made acting look like the most natural thing to do,” O’Hara shared. “It really was as if we had ambushed the home of this little boy named Kevin to make this movie, and he just went along with it for the fun of it.”

Jeremy Allen White and Rosalía are firing up dating rumors.

The Bear star and the singer stepped out for a cozy-looking date in Los Angeles Nov. 30. And, after enjoying a dinner out at Japanese hotspot Sushi Park, the pair held hands as they made their way to the parking lot. An eyewitness told E! News that Jeremy and Rosalía looked happy and were in good spirits as they hopped into the same car.

For the casual outing, the two both wore black. The Shameless alum kept it casual in a pullover sweater and matching joggers, while the “TKN” artist added a twist of glam by pairing her zip-up hoodie with a dress and heels.

Jeremy, 32, and Rosalía, 31, first sparked romance speculation in late October, when they were seen out shopping at an L.A. farmer’s market. 

Their initial sighting came three months after Rosalía’s now-ex Rauw Alejandro confirmed that they had called it quits after two years together. “Yes, a few months ago Rosi and I ended our engagement,” he wrote in Spanish on Instagram Stories July 26. “There are thousands of problems that could cause a breakup, but in our case it was not due to third parties or infidelity.”

Former Kansas City Chiefs tight end Tony Gonzalez recently praised the “Karma” singer for putting more than just Travis Kelce on the map. In fact, Taylor’s newfound interest in football has trickled down to her fans.

Tony, who retired in 2013, continued. “I think it’s great that Taylor has done this for the NFL. She’s brought a whole new audience.”

Still, it may not come as a surprise that Jonathan is living life out of the spotlight. After shooting to superstardom thanks to Home Improvement, The Lion King, Man of the House and Tom and Huck, he decided to step back from the cameras. 

“I’d been going nonstop since I was 8 years old,” Jonathan told People in 2013. “I wanted to go to school, to travel and have a bit of a break.”

And he did. Jonathan studied at Harvard and Columbia, and, as he put it, had “no regrets” about living a private life.

“I never took the fame too seriously,” he added. “It was a great period in my life, but it doesn’t define me. When I think back on the time, I look at it with a wink. I focus on the good moments I had, not that I was on a lot of magazine covers.”
