Bradley Cooper is dating Huma Abedin, the longtime aide to Hillary Clinton and ex-wife of disgraced congressman Anthony Weiner, according to multiple reports. The two have been seeing each other for a few months after being set up by Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, a source told Page Six.

While it’s unclear exactly when their romance began, Cooper and Abedin were both in attendance at the 2022 Met Gala in May. However, they were photographed separately on the red carpet at the star-studded fashion event, which is co-chaired by Wintour.

The relationship news comes more than three years after Cooper’s breakup with supermodel Irina Shayk, with whom he shares 5-year-old daughter Lea. The two were together for four years before reports of their split surfaced in June 2019.

Recently, the A Star Is Born actor-director opened up about his life as a co-parent, calling Shayk an “incredible” mother to their little girl.

It turns out Selena Gomez isn’t just a talented actress, singer and makeup mogul—but a great sitter as well. Jessica Simpson recently shared that Selena took her 10-year-old daughter, Maxwell Johnson, to see her first concert while babysitting her.

As for who they saw perform? Jessica noted in an Instagram Live with Suneel Gupta that it was for Olivia Rodrigo‘s SOUR tour.

The “Irresistible” singer explained that her family crossed paths with Selena after Maxwell became mutual friends with one of Selena’s little sisters (Selena’s mom Mandy Teefey shares Gracie Elliot Teefey, 9, with Brian Teefey, while Selena’s dad Ricardo Joel Gomez shares Victoria Gomez, 8, with Sara Gomez.) 

“So she went with Selena,” Jessica noted. “She met a really good friend of Selena’s little sister, so Max got to go to her first concert.”

Jessica–who is also mom to son Ace Johnson, 9, and daughter Birdie Johnson, 3—admitted that she “was sad” when her eldest daughter crossed this first off her list without her. Although Maxwell has seen her mom onstage with Willie Nelson, Jessica hoped that one of her own shows would be Maxwell’s first official concert.

Steve Burton is moving forward with his separation from Sheree Gustin.

The General Hospital actor has filed for divorce from his wife of 23 years, according to court documents obtained by E! News on July 12. In the filing, submitted to the Superior Court of California of the County of Orange on July 8, Burton cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their breakup, with the date of separation listed as March 1, 2022.

Per the documents, Burton is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their youngest children: son Jack, 16, and daughter Brooklyn, 7. He is also requesting to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to himself or Gustin, with whom he also shares 18-year-old daughter Makena.

Burton’s divorce filing comes two months after he publicly confirmed their split and shared that Gustin is pregnant with a baby he did not father. “I wanted to clear something up. Sheree and I are separated,” he shared on his Instagram Stories on May 4. “She recently announced that she’s expecting her 4th child. The child is not mine.”

Art can imitate life, even in the most stressful of times.

Hannah Waddingham learned that while filming season two of Ted Lasso, as she grappled with her father undergoing a major surgery while filming a funeral scene for her on-screen dad. Pretty jarring, right?

Not for Hannah, who called the poignant episode, titled “No Weddings and a Funeral,” “the greatest gift” of her career. “Not many people know this, but my own father, that day, was having emergency quintuple bypass surgery,” Hannah, who plays AFC Richmond owner Rebecca Welton on the Apple TV+ series, exclusively told E! News. “And I had said goodbye to him that morning, not knowing whether I would ever see him again.”

As Hannah detailed, being with the Ted Lasso cast and crew got her through that day. “It’s something that I’ll never forget, the distraction that I had,” she added. “There was a certain amount of catharsis in being able to release on camera, because had I been shooting a day where she was meant to be sassy or bold or boss a– bitch or whatever, I would have probably struggled more.”

Witherspoon added that she felt “really, really lucky” to help bring author Delia Owens‘ 2018 novel—which has sold over 12 million copies worldwide—to the big screen. She said, “I’m excited for people who have read the book, I’m excited for people who haven’t read the book.”

Jones, the film’s leading lady, also chatted with Daily Pop on the film’s red carpet. Best known for playing Marianne Sheridan on the series Normal People, the actress said she was excited to dive into the many sides of Kya.

“I think it’s really exciting to see a young woman like her at the forefront of the story where she’s, you know, she’s incredibly complex,” Jones shared. “She’s flawed, but she’s also incredibly strong and resilient and gentle and curious.”

Although Colman and Nika were unsure if Sam was setting the characters up in the episode where the family has dinner, they played into this chemistry. “We danced around it, even if it’s not written on the page,” he said. “[Nika] is such a beautiful woman and I think Ali would take note of that, of who this woman is. And he has some language saying how he really really admires how strong she is and what she’s been doing.”

He said of their conversation, “I think there’s something sexy about that.”

While this romance is a possibility for season three, Colman warned that if anything more were to happen between them, “That steps into some really dangerous territory, because he is Rue’s sponsor.”

Colman will find out what Sam has planned when season three begins filming. For now, the actor is staying booked and busy, with upcoming roles in The Color Purple and Netflix’s Rustin. There’s also the animated short film New Moon, which he describes as a “love letter” to Black mothers and sons.

Kyle explained that the entire situation forced her to stop watching RHOBH. “I had to disconnect from that a bit,” she said. “I felt terrible watching that scene. That’s why I don’t wanna watch the show right now, personally, because I never, ever, ever should’ve commented on something that I didn’t see.”

Despite not seeing Erika curse at Jax, Kyle did repeat what she said. “It’s not funny, but it is funny,” she said of the “get the f–k out” comment on RHOBH, while Mauricio called it “great.” 

Erika, for her part, can be seen apologizing to Garcelle in the preview for July 13’s RHOBH. “I take full responsibility,” the “Pretty Mess” singer told Garcelle. “I was s–t talking and treating the kids like they were adults and I was wrong. I fully apologize.”
