Bachelorettes Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia React to Limo Arrivals

In Bachelor Nation, you only get one chance to make a first impression.

When The Bachelorette host Jesse Palmer teased that season 19 featured some incredibly outlandish limo entrances, we knew we were in store for some surprises on the July 11 premiere episode, especially with the most contestants in franchise history fighting for Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia‘s attention

However, we weren’t quite ready for James, a self-proclaimed “meatball enthusiast,” who exited the limo with the biggest meatball sandwich known to mankind (we have plenty of questions about how exactly the sandwich fit in the limo, but those will have to wait) or Logan, who carried two baby chicks named Mary Beth and Alejandra in his hands. Two chicks for the two Bachelorettes. Get it?

Of course, it wouldn’t be The Bachelorette without a few renegades who decided to forego the limo altogether!

There was general contractor Tino, who drove into the mansion on a forklift. A bit on the nose, but we guess it worked because he nabbed Rachel’s first impression rose. Not to be outdone, mortgage broker Jacob rode up shirtless on horseback looking like something out of a paperback romance novel.

R. Kelly Engaged to Joycelyn Savage

“We have a very special connection and are deeply in love,” she penned in the letter. “Robert is not the monster that the government has described him to be. The Robert I know is very sweet, gentle, and kind.”

Savage continued of Kelly, “He’s very determined and focused on his goals, and the things that have been said about him, with me and other women being held against our will is absolutely untrue.”

The 26-year-old also wrote that “it breaks my heart that the government has created a narrative that I’m a victim.”

“I’m a grown woman, and can speak for myself which is why I wanted to provide this letter to the court,” she added. “[Kelly] is a great man, with a great heart and deserves to be home with his loved ones who are ready to support him.”

Find Out Who’s Playing Jonathan Bailey’s Next On-Screen Lover

Jonathan Bailey is jumping from the Regency era to an American love story.

The Bridgerton star and Matt Bomer will play lovers in Showtime’s upcoming limited series Fellow Travelers, the network announced on July 11.

The series, based on the novel by Thomas Mellon, is “an epic love story and political thriller, chronicling the volatile romance of two very different men who meet in the shadow of McCarthy-era Washington,” according to the network. “Handsome and charismatic Hawkins Fuller (Bomer) avoids emotional entanglements—until he meets Tim Laughlin (Bailey), a young man brimming with idealism and religious faith.”

The eight-episode series also co-stars Allison Williams as Lucy Smith, the daughter of a senator who has known Fuller since they were teenagers.

Fuller and Laughlin “begin a romance just as Joseph McCarthy and Roy Cohn declare war on ‘subversives and sexual deviants,’ initiating one of the darkest periods in 20th-century American history,” according to Showtime. “Over the course of four decades, Hawk and Tim cross paths through the Vietnam War protests of the 1960s, the drug-fueled disco hedonism of the 1970s and the AIDS crisis of the 1980s, while facing obstacles in the world and in themselves.”

Russell Wilson Is Training Ciara’s Son Future For an NFL Career

Russell Wilson is passing the ball—and the torch—onto his kids.

The Denver Broncos quarterback shared a video of himself on Instagram playing the sport with his stepson Future Zahir, who his wife Ciara shares with her ex-fiancé rapper Future.

Future, 8, and his friend Kingston—the son of Ciara’s creative director Jamaica Craft—can be seen doing drills with the pro athlete. “Post workout work with the young fellas!” Russell wrote on July 11. “Future & Kingston young legends. Watch out @NFL.”

Russell and Ciara—who tied the knot in 2016—are also parents to 23-month-old Win Harrison Wilson and 5-year-old Sienna Princess Wilson.

Last year, Ciara shared with E! News that she knew the NFL star would be the “best father” to their blended family the first time she met him.

How Phoebe Robinson’s Own Life Inspired Everything’s Trash

And by whatever, she means whatever. The show, which also stars Nneka OkaforJordan CarlosToccarra Cash and Moses Storm, sees the characters jumping through hoops to do various tasks, including arranging a photo shoot. They even hunt down a hawk to use as a prop in said photo shoot.

These quirky scenes are made up for the show, but it’s also representative of how different Phoebe’s life is from that of her strait-laced brother Jayden (Carlos), who is running for a political office.

This story line is, for the most part, taken from Phoebe’s real life relationship with her brother Phil Robinson, an Ohio state representative. “He met his wife freshman year of college and they have two kids and they have this beautiful house,” Phoebe explained. “I’m in Brooklyn. You know, I am not married. I don’t have kids.”

She described how their vastly different lifestyles made her question herself, saying, “I think a lot of times you can get stuck into the idea it has to look one certain way, and if you’re not doing that you sort of feel bad about yourself. So with this show, we really wanted to kind of honor that and be like, listen, everyone’s journey is different.”
