Brian Windhorst says FIBA’s rules hinder NBA players in 3v3

ESPN’s analyst Brian Windhorst mentions that FIBA implemented various rules to hinder NBA players’ participation in the 3v3 tournament, suggesting that FIBA does not want the USA to excel in three-on-three basketball.
