Ben McLemore faces charges of first-degree rape, other sex crimes
Ben McLemore, who played for the Sacramento Kings, Memphis Grizzlies, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers and Portland Trail Blazers during his NBA career, is facing the following charges:
First-degree rape: An A-level felony with a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison
First-degree unlawful sexual penetration: An A-level felony with a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison
Two counts of second-degree sexual abuse: C-level felonies, each with a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison.
