Austin Reaves on dealing with Grizzlies’ defense: “You use their aggression against them”
Austin Reaves scored 12 points (5/12 field goals), grabbed 5 rebounds and dished out 4 assists as the Lakers lost Game 2 against the Grizzlies (93-103).
Just four of Los Angeles players finished the game in double-digit scoring against an aggressive Memphis’ defense.
“I think it’s just playing the right way,” Reaves said when asked how the Lakers can deal with the Grizzlies’ defense. “You use their aggression against them honestly if you just play the right way.
“If you get the ball moving, they’ll get out of position at some point. We’ll go watch the film either tomorrow or Friday and assess what we need to assess. Put this behind us.”
