Zoë Kravitz Reveals Her and Channing Tatum’s Love Language

Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum have the highest fidelity to each other.

After all, the Blink Twice director couldn’t help but rave over her fiancé’s performance in the upcoming thriller—which hits theaters Aug. 23—and revealed why working together on the project brought them closer together.

“Making art is our love language,” Zoë told E! NewsWill Marfuggi in an exclusive interview. “We hope to continue doing it.” (For more from Zoë, tune into E! News tonight, August 14, at 11 p.m.)

And while there isn’t another project for the couple—who got engaged in 2023 after two years of dating—on the horizon, Zoë assured they’ve already grown together as artists. Indeed, it got both her and Channing out of their comfort zones.

“I approached him knowing he was the right person and just hoping that he would do it,” the Big Little Lies alum noted of Channing, who plays antagonist Slater King in the film. “He was asking me, ‘Why do you think I should play this role?’ He said, ‘No one really asks me to play roles like this.’ And I said, ‘That’s exactly why I’m doing it.’”
