Wolves sign Vaidas Kariniauskas on a two-year deal
In preparation for the 2023-24 BKT EuroCup and domestic competitions in Lithuania, the Wolves have made new additions to their team, including Vaidas Kariniauskas.
Kariniauskas has signed a two-year contract with the team, as announced on Thursday. The Vilnius-based team, which was founded prior to the 2022-23 season, has secured the services of a player who was part of Lithuania’s final squad in the recently concluded 2023 FIBA World Cup in the Philippines.
In his role as a reserve point guard, Kariniauskas averaged 4.0 points and 3.1 assists per game. The team, led by coach Kazys Maksvytis, achieved a sixth-place ranking overall.
