Who is feeling the heat?
Expect for a few more NFL teams to make changes at head coach by the end of the season.
After two head-coaching changes made in-season, expect a few NFL teams to make the move by Black Monday.
It may not be right this instant, but more teams will join the ranks of the Carolina Panthers and the Indianapolis Colts when it comes to looking for a new full-time head coach. Although Steve Wilks and Jeff Saturday have had varying levels of success in the interim, other teams have not accepted their fates just yet. Eventually, other organizations will rip the band-aid off to look for a new coach.
Here are five head coaches who are starting to feel some pressure heading into late November.

Mike Tomlin
Pittsburgh Steelers (3-7)
This is about to be the worst season for the Pittsburgh Steelers in a generation
While the Pittsburgh Steelers have been a model for stability and consistency over several decades, they have hit an undeniable rough patch under Mike Tomlin. He may get some more time to see if Kenny Pickett can be the guy at quarterback, but Tomlin’s teams have become way too emotional for their own good. It is why Tomlin could suffer his first losing season as a head coach.
Plenty of all-time head coaches have had disastrous campaigns. However, it has been well over a decade since Pittsburgh won the AFC and the Steelers do not seem to have any prospects to win a seventh Lombardi Trophy any time soon. While Tomlin will probably be able to go out on his own terms, this feels like the beginning of the end for him in Pittsburgh. He may look at getting into TV.
With the AFC being the better of the two conferences, it has made things look worse in Pittsburgh.
