What Time Does The Joey Chestnut vs. Kobayashi Hot Dog Eating Contest Start on Netflix?
It’s the greatest hot dog-related sporting event since… well.. the Fourth of July as 16-time hot dog–eating champion Joey Chesnut battles rival Takeru Kobayashi in Netflix’s hotly anticipated Labor Day special Unfinished Beef!
Hosted by Rob Riggle and WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Garcia (formerly known as Nikki Bella), Unfinished Beef is the latest in the streamer’s foray into live events. The Netflix Slam and Roast of Tom Brady aired earlier this year, with the Jake Paul/Mike Tyson fight (November 15) and two NFL Christmas Day games on the horizon.
This unique competition emanates from the HyperX Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, and features two undercard bouts, with 2015 Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest winner Matt Stonie taking on three Olympians in a chicken wing eating contest and competitive eater Leah Shutkever attempting to set the Guinness World Record for the most watermelon ever consumed in three minutes.
