What it was like attending Chiefs game with Taylor Swift
Wolverine has been tamed.
Hugh Jackman hilariously revealed what it was like to go to a Kansas City Chiefs game with Taylor Swift — and it was a massive ego check.
“If you ever really want to kinda not feel great about your career, go to [an NFL] game with Taylor Swift and Blake Lively — and then you’re Blake Lively, Taylor Swift and others at the game,” Jackman, 55, quipped to People on at the “Deadpool & Wolverine” premiere Monday night.
Reynolds, 47, must have had the same experience as he reiterated, “We’re just and others.“
The dynamic duo attended the Chiefs game on Oct. 1 to support the pop star’s beau, Travis Kelce, and the rest of the team. Swift’s other pals Sophie Turner and Sabrina Carpenter, as well as Lively’s sister Robyn, also joined the “All Too Well” singer in the suite that day.
The “Greatest Showman” star solidified his evening by snapping an epic selfie with Reynolds, Swift and the “Gossip Girl” alum.
Jackman admitted to the publication that he has “hope” he’ll be able to go to another game this fall.
“You don’t say no to that,” the “Proposal” actor added.
Fortunately, these A-listers likely will get another chance as Swift, 34, reportedly plans to go to as many Chiefs games this upcoming season as her Eras Tour schedule will allow.
The “Cruel Summer” singer caught 13 — her lucky number — games last season, including the Super Bowl. Swift had to jet from Tokyo to Las Vegas in order to watch the Chiefs defeat the San Francisco 49ers.
Kelce, 34, used his offseason not only to vacation with Swift but also to catch copious amounts of her tour dates all over the world. The NFL star even brought his brother, Jason, and his sister-in-law, Kylie, to Swift’s concerts in London where they met Prince William and his royal kids.
“They were absolutely a delight to meet,” Travis gushed. “I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to bow to them, curtsy, just be an American idiot and shake their hands, like, ‘Sup, dude.’ We wanted to be polite.”
