From a two-way deal, the Golden State Warriors will convert Anthony Lamb to a standard contract, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.

As added by Charania, this makes Lamb enter the club’s 15-man standard roster and be playoff eligible for the Dubs next April.

Lamb entered the league last year as an undrafted prospect from Vermont. He joined Golden State’s G League affiliate Santa Cruz Warriors at the start of the season and went on to sign with them via a 10-day deal last month.

The young swingman appeared in 50 games for the Warriors, averaging a productive 7.0 markers in 47.5 percent shooting. He is also grabbing 3.4 boards and 1.7 assists.

With Andrew Wiggins still out, Lamb is seizing the opportunity to play under Steve Kerr’s wing rotation.
