Donald Trump announced Tuesday his administration would seize “the assets of criminal gangs and drug cartels” if he returns to office.
The funds, he said, would be used to make a compensation fund “to provide restitution for the victims of migrant crime.”
He made the announcement during his press conference at Mar-a-Lago.
