After Animal, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is working on his next high-octane cop thriller titled Spirit. Starring Prabhas, the film is slated for a 2026 release.
As per reports on a leading news portal, Sandeep Reddy Vanga is in talks with Mrunal Thakur to play the female lead opposite Prabhas. The film is also eyeing Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor to play the antagonists. This will make them the first real-life pair to play antagonists in a film.
So far, confirmation on the casting is awaited. The report also mentions that the film will showcase Prabhas in a never-before-seen avatar.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga is also working on Animal Park starring Ranbir Kapoor. The sequel film will see Ranbir in a double role.
