Spider-Man 2 Rogues’ Gallery Gives Best Look Yet at Venom, Kraven, Lizard, and Black-Suit Spidey
Spider-Man 2 developer Insomniac Games has released the best look yet at Venom, Kraven the Hunter, and Lizard alongside black-suit Spidey himself.
Sharing a series of images on X, Insomniac showed off the best of the baddies Spider-Man 2 players will have to take down when the game launches October 20. This is joined by a high definition look at what could be a villain in the black-suit Peter Parker.
The images, which can be viewed in the slideshow below, also give fans their best look yet at both Kraven the Hunter and Lizard, which will be joining Insomniac’s Spider-Man universe for the first time in the long-awaited sequel but haven’t received as much attention as Venom.
A trailer released in July gave fans a pretty in depth look at the big bad, and finally settled a hot debate over who Venom’s true identity is. While fans were torn over Harry Osborn, Kraven the Hunter, or Eddie Brock, Insomniac all but confirmed who’s really behind the mask (or goo).
Despite the intensity of the trailers, the baddie has also been the subject of a laugh amongst internet users after PlayStation offered Spider-Man fans “19 inches of Venom”.
Insomniac has also revealed a wealth of accessibility features coming to the game, alongside a special Collector’s Edition the aforementioned 19 inches of Venom comes packed inside.
