Shirley MacLaine, 90, enjoys lunch at her fave Malibu restaurant
Shirley MacLaine is still out and about.
The legendary actress, 90, was photographed enjoying a leisurely lunch at Kristy’s in Malibu, Calif., on Monday.
MacLaine, who was dressed casually in a long-sleeved shirt and sweatpants, was assisted to her seat by a male companion.
She spent about an hour savoring her meal before heading back to her car with her friend, who carried a bag of takeout.
The restaurant is a favorite of the Oscar winner, who was spotted eating there twice last month.
The “Postcards from the Edge” star turned the big 9-0 in April and told People that she would be celebrating the milestone birthday with an intimate dinner with friends.
“We’re getting together and I hope to eat something good,” she said at the time.
Despite being a nonagenarian, MacLaine is still working.
She is attached to two upcoming movies after 2022 appearances in “Only Murders in the Building” and “American Dreamer” opposite Peter Dinklage.
MacLaine is also readying a book called “The Wall of Life,” in which she will share photos and stories from her life.
The tome will feature over 150 photos from her archives and will be released in October.
In her April interview with People, the “Steel Magnolias” star credited her longevity to having “friends” and being “really healthy.”
Despite her positive attitude, MacLaine believes that Hollywood has lost some of its tinsel over the years.
In March, she lamented to Extra that “the glamour’s gone out it, I’m afraid.”
“I think it’s entirely different. It’s 100 percent different,” she added.
MacLaine got her start on Broadway before making her film debut in Alfred Hitchcock’s 1955 black comedy, “The Trouble with Harry.”
She soon became a star appearing in movies such as “The Apartment,” “Irma La Douce” and “Sweet Charity.”
A six-time Academy Award nominee, she won best actress for the 1983 film “Terms of Endearment.”
