Three men are suing Sean “Diddy” Combs for rape amid the embattled rapper’s ongoing legal battle.

All of the individuals filed the complaints anonymously in New York under John Does on Wednesday, according to complaints obtained by Page Six.

They claim that their respective assaults took place in recent years between 2019 to 2022.

One of the accusers claims after he met Combs, 55, at the Marquee nightclub in New York City in 2019, he was invited to join the disgraced music mogul at the Park Hyatt hotel for “an exclusive afterparty.”

While in the suite with about 10 other people from Combs’ entourage, the “Bad Boy for Life” rapper personally offered him a drink that he later learned had been drugged, per the complaint.

He recalls going to a bedroom that “started spinning,” and claims Combs said, “He is ready to party.”

After laying down on a couch, Doe alleges he then awoke on his stomach, fully naked, while the “Last Night” rapper “was sodomizing” him “with his penis.”

He claims that during a brief moment of consciousness, he saw an unidentified man and a woman “sitting on the bed recording the rape on a camera.”

Doe alleges that those two people, who are not named in the complaint, were still in the bedroom when he awoke the next morning. He was allegedly then given $2,500 on behalf of Combs.

The alleged victim claims in his suit he never spoke about what happened out of “fear and humiliation.”

The second accuser alleges that he was first invited to one of Combs’ parties in the Hamptons in 2020.

He claims he, too, was given a drink that had been drugged, and claims that later that evening, the Bad Boy Records founder and one of his associates “took turns anally raping him,” per the docs.

“Plaintiff attempted to resist their sexual advances but was unable to do so,” the suit alleges, adding he did not consent to this “sexual activity, or any, and had been incapable of consent while unconscious.”

The second accuser alleges he “fell victim to one or more criminal sex acts at the hands of” Combs and his associates between 2020 and 2022, per the complaint.

The third accuser alleges that he has known Combs much longer than the first two, as he had allegedly met the “Coming Home” rapper back in 2006 to “run errands for him” at the time.

However, he claims that in February 2020, he met with Combs at the InterContinental New York hotel to discuss “missing job payments” and was given a spiked drink.

After laying down for a nap in the suite, he “found himself laying on his stomach bent over the end of
the couch with his pants pulled down” while the rapper allegedly “sodomized” him with his penis.

He claims he attempted to resist but Combs told him, “Stop” and that he was “almost done.”

The third accuser alleges that the former “Making the Band” producer warned that if he went to police he would “look like an idiot” because he is “Diddy.”

Combs’ attorneys tell Page Six in response to the three suits, “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”

The latest lawsuits were filed by a different law firm than the one run by Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee, who is overseeing the cases of at least 120 of Combs’ alleged victims, including one filed against Jay-Z — which the “Big Pimpin’” rapper has filed to dismiss.

Combs has also denied all of the horrifying accusations made against him.

The fallen hip-hop star remains behind bars following a months-long probe by the federal government that included raids on his homes, in which they found a thousand bottles of lubricant and three AR-15’s, which the feds believe may be evidence of the alleged criminal parties dubbed “Freak Offs.”

As a result, Combs has been charged with charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution, but he has pleaded not guilty.

A trial date for his federal case has been set for May 5.
